We stayed at the Thistle Marble Arch and it was great in all respects - the staff could not have been more helpful and the room was great. We thoroughly recommend it

Will be returning later this year if not sooner.

Hotel was great, location was great but the room was too cold and wouldn`t warm up and the air conditioning units outside the window were droning all night.. apart from that hotel was great

Exceptional service, a lovely clean hotel in an ideal location. Would definitely recommend and would be sure to return. Only slight downside was the prices for drinks at the bar but with many cheaper choices nearby it was only a slight annoyance.

Resturant was very slow service and poor value

My comments include : the bathroom shower old and not easy to use and as we were travelling light we did not bring shower gel etc and unfortunately yours did not lather well and shampoo wasnt great either-other hotels use dove in holders attached to wall which are better. No hand cream supply either. Breakfast was superb!

Overall the position of the hotel was good - deal for shopping and seeing the sights. The room was small, but surprisingly quiet.Some confusion occured at breakfast, as we had purchased a `special breakfast` deal at check-in which had not been communicated to the breakfast team, so we were left a little in limbo as the staff member tried to clarify the breakfast situation. This seemed to resolve itself, eventually - although we did not appreciate the questioning by the staff member, as surely we would not have known about the special deal unless we had signed up for it? Left a slightly negative view of the hotel.

Great location for shopping in Oxford St. Staff were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed a meal in hotel which was delicious. Rooms were nice. Will happily return in the future

We only stayed room only so never experienced the breakfast, however on our last day we did have some manouvering when we got out the lifts as the queue was very large waiting for breakfast.The checkin/out staff were nice and friendly, rooms was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, think you should get more wee packets of shortbread though there was only 2 packets with one each inside left in the room each day but it wasnt at hardship

The Hotel facilities, service, location and meals were first class.Public transport to visit the main London sites, the Tube, London Bus service, was within a five minute walk.This package for a short London stay is unbeatable and highly recommended.

Overall our stay was very good. The room was lovely and really comfortable. Breakfast was relaxed despite the number of guests.

Amazing room but generator making loud noises outside the window kept us up. Not sure if it`s permanent. No ear plugs

First time at this hotel but certainly not the last. From our arrival we were made to feel special. The reception was smooth and friendly (thanks to `Mitchell`) who even upgraded our room. The hotel is just so spacious compared to so many others. Well done, we look forward to our next visit.

Very good hotel, everything spotless and clean. Rooms were decorated with first class fixture and fittings. Only problem we had was that we chose a quiet room but this was next to the heating fans on the roof outside the bedroom on level two and were quite noisy.Pleasant staff, who were very helpful and polite.

We found the hotel very clean and comfortable and our room had every amenity. The staff were very helpful and we would certainly return in the future.

I booked two twin rooms from hotels direct and received a confirmation that this has been done. When I turned up at the hotel the receptionist told us that hotels direct had `cancelled` my reservation. We were allocated rooms but the receptionist said shewould have to sort it out the next day. When we checked out nothing more was said about it. Luckily there were rooms available that weekend or else we would have no where to stay. I am not sure if this was the fault of hotels direct or the hotel itself.

I thought the breakfast was excellent but just 2 things, you are quickly given toast but there is no side plates to butter the toast on, was given plate on request, also there are no tea spoons available to stir the tea with, other than that we would stay again with you, staff were excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good hotel, a little bit on the expensive side, but that`s londoninternet at a cost, a pityclean and calm roomsaltough all had been paid in advance, we still had to show our passports, fill in a form, etc ...

No problems at all! Our rooms were upgraded on arrival to `executive` from standard rooms. The bedrooms were extremely well equipped with 2 easy chairs and a table, desk and chair. The lighting was sufficiently bright to read easily in bed and the air-con worked! Breakfast was plentiful and full of choice. I would recommend the Thistle Marble Arch and will use it again.

Perfect location, minutes from Oxford Street and Marble Arch tube. Very efficient check-in, good sized room. One of the best breakfasts in the morning from a London hotel that I have had. Everything you could wish for, including a fresh fruit salad. All staff very helpful.

We had a really nice big and clean room, the staff are friendly and very helpful. However, we were leaving the hotel very early and wanted an early breakfast in the room, the door hanger states if you require an earleier breakfast you can request one, we did but they do not provide one, we wanted it for 6am.
