"Pity hotel direct didn`t forward our payment to the hotel. We were very anxious it was a fake sight "

I will compliment the hotel but NOT Hotel Direct for inefficiency. I wish to know will this happen again?!

"Failed to book taxi requested!"

Business hotel, failed to book taxi as requested, eventual taxi 20mins late and twice the price,missed important meeting.
