Stayed in Park Inn Fri 2nd December on a special offer price of £104 for triple room which was really a double room with an extra bed put in.. Excellent location just 5 mins from Victoria Station and 2 mins from Christmas Continental Market. Staff on reception were pleasant and rooms very clean and comfortable. We spent a few hours in the bar in the evening which had a mix of different ages, so although I was there with my daughter and best friend, both in their 20s, I didn`t feel out of place. We had a very comfortable night with no loud noises or disturbances of any kind. We were disappointed to discover that the hotel didn`t have anywhere for us to store our bags til we were leaving the city later that afternoon. The young man on reception kindly let us leave them beside the reception desk but said that the hotel couldn`t take any responsibility for them.Would definately use the hotel again.

First impressions of the Park Inn were based on the reception staff and you could not ask for better .. friendly, helpful and some humerous banter :) The rooms are basic but clean, bright and cheery. The one thing I would like to have seen was internet access - the hotel does have wifi but you need to bring your laptop along. The bar staff are also a friendly bunch and went out of their way to provide seating on a busy Saturday evening when the bar was buzzing with people. The bar is in a very central location to the main shopping areas and nightlife, the only downside is that the parking is a short walk from the hotel (500 yards) when you have your luggage and lots of shopping to carry. Overall I would recommend The Park Inn but the main reason I would return is for the friendly staff .. that means so much and it would be great if other hotels had the same standard. Stayed here for one night while at a gig in town- the staff were lovely and very accommodating and the room was lovely :) will definitely stay again.

Great location, service great booking trips, checking us in airport nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was clean and tidy the bathroom was very respectable and clean, but no bath. Regarding the storage the desk could have built in draws.

Loud music until fairly late on a Saturday night-loud even on 6th floor!

i found this hotel very pleasent and clean/comfortable rooms. very easy to find - i was walking from victoria train station and found the directions given on web site very easy to follow. only a 5-10min walk. close to all shops

stayed for 1 night with my husband , Hotel easy to find and staff very friendly. Room was very good standard and was not small. Hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops, bars etc near-by. Enjoyed the grill/bar next door which belonged to the Hotel. Would definately recommend it to others

the room was clean, the shower was amazing and there are plenty of towels etc available. the service at the hotel was also very good. helped arrange taxis and where very friendly towards us. also great value for yur money. unforturtly we did not get round to visiting the bar beside but got a glimpse in and it looked like a great atmosphere, probably not in my age group though (18-25) bit more of an older crowd. the only problem i had was i could hear the conversations going in the room next to mine but wasnt around long enough for it to really bother me. its als located very well, plenty to do around the area. would defently go back next time im staying up in befast. :)

Upon arriving at the hotel the staff were friendly and we were in our room within minutes. The room was well decorated and minimalistic and looked of good quality and also the noise from the streets wasn`t a problem which is a problem I have had with other hotels. Will definitely be using the park inn hotel more often.

Triple Room - small but perfectly formed! Suited us perfectly. The staff were exceptionally helpful, efficient and friendly. Breakfast really good, bar comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Location is perfect for getting anywhere around the city. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a short stay in Belfast. I have nothing bad at all to say!!

I was on a weekend shopping with my sisters, we booked 2 nights room only, and purchased a breakfast in the hotel each morning. The hotel staff were very welcoming and efficient, Car parking facility was excellent and good value. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of variety again this was excellent. The hotel was spotless. I would certainly stay there again. I have already recommended the hotel to a group of friend and we have booked to stay there again in December.

Cleaniest Bathroom ever and great bar

Stayed for a couple of days as our central base. The staff were helpful and the room was ready nice and early on arrival. The room was well appointed and clean. The Bar and Restaurant next to the hotel was really nice (as was the food). Despite the fact that the hotel is so central there was no issue with noise at all. Would recommend.

The park inn is a lovely hotel, very colourful and spotless clean, the rooms has everything you would need and the shower (not your usual tiny shower) its big. The bar is very friendly and modern and the hotel location is fantastic. Definately going back.

from arriving to leaving the hotel staff were first class. We had a fabulous stay the food was excellent and the bar staff friendly. facilities were also very good. only down side for me was no free wi fi service but if thats all i have to complain about then good

The hotel for a 3* is very good. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and also very comfy. The staff were very helpful. The Bar attached the hotel was a true treasure. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I`ve stayed in several hotels in Belfast. Park Inn is clean convenient, well managed with efficient friendly staff. The weekend break offer we had offered good value for money. No complaints what so ever.

Stayed here as part of a group and found it a very enjoyable experience. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very good with beautiful bathroom which included rain shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again myself.Roselyn Hollywood 14 April 2009
