we had to move rooms from one were the heating would not turn down and was like a greenhouse to a room that had only a plug in radiator both rooms the shower was broken the water was luke warm and no heating at all it smelt damp the curtains were falling down and dirty in both rooms staff very nice a very old and run down hotel I would never use it again.

The room carpet was dirty. Bed bugs. No parking you have to pay for it! Fridge not working! Then mirowave not working ! Windows unsafe!

The staff were very friendly but the condition of the twin room we were allocated was awful, I asked to be moved but was told all twin rooms where in a condition of disrepair, it was only when the bottom of the sink unit fell onto my daughter that they moved us to a family room and even though the beds were clean the overall standard of cleanliness of the bathrooms/carpets were poor. The manager that dealt with it was very polite.

Be careful what time of the year you visit this hotel, if it is warm/hot in Paris, this hotel does not have air conditioning or fans to keep you cool at night. Since it was warm, we left the windows open which faced the courtyard and the noise was absolutely horrible. The noise was throughout the nights and early mornings, so sleeping was hard due to the noise. Sometimes you just don`t know what to expect when you book a room on-line without seeing the place.
