"Don`t understand how this hotel received a 3 star rating."
Be careful what time of the year you visit this hotel, if it is warm/hot in Paris, this hotel does not have air conditioning or fans to keep you cool at night. Since it was warm, we left the windows open which faced the courtyard and the noise was absolutely horrible. The noise was throughout the nights and early mornings, so sleeping was hard due to the noise. Sometimes you just don`t know what to expect when you book a room on-line without seeing the place.
