We stayed Saturday night and there were a few Hen/Stag parties staying so we expected it to be quite noisy. Whilst there was a bit of noise it was not nearly as bad as I expected and was not a problem. Hotel was clean and tidy and staff very friendly and helpful. Will be happy to stay there again.
A few biscuits would have been nice.
Lovely light room, and good location but the noisy people on the floor woke us throughout the night and someone rang our room 3 times in the night. Not a good nights sleep!
Great hotel would definatly stay again :)
The hotel room was clean and tidy. Our disappointment was that we had booked a triple room for 3 adults and had assumed this would be 3 x single beds. Unfortunately 2 adults had to share one bed which made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. The door handle screw fell off when we arrived and then the handle itself. Fortunately this was quickly resolved. Good view of Leeds from the room window. I would go again but would need to check the bed arrangement first
Stayed here with 12 friends for my 23rd birthday. Good location right in the city centre a 2 minute walk from bars etc. Rooms were really nice. Only issue is parking really. We left our car down a quiet side street for a couple quid. I think hotel parking was around £10 for one night. Overall a brilliant hotel though.
Room brilliant very high standard only thing that let it down was the noise all night
The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was absolutely fine with lots of variety. Would definitely return again.
Clean, comfortable, well-equipped room and the staff were friendly and helpful.
thoroughly enjoyed our stay( in triple room with girlfriends ) for a shopping trip then dinner the friendly receptionist even recommended a few eating places and we were not dissapointed . would definately stay again, room very clean decor lovely and fresh , Good standard and a very pleasant stay,
On arrival staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were also very very clean and were just getting a little upgrade of cushion and foot sheet on bed. Breakfast was also good and liked the pre made porridge which I have not had before at a buffet breakfast. Only downside was the rower in gym was damaged but thats small fry. Will consider staying again in future.
Rooms are pretty basic but adequate with everything you need and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and adequate although my son would have liked muffins! Location was good with a large car par next door (£3 per day at the time), a couple of restaurants nearby and the centre (shops) just a 5 minute walk away. It was very good value for money and if I was coming back to Leeds I would definitely consider staying there again.
bathroom a bit dated but room for 3 was fine
Room had just be refurbished so was excellent. The breakfast was great . Would recommend , particularly good location.
Room was very nice, the triple was a proper sized triple not just a double with an extra bed squeezed in!! Hotel overall was excellent, the room was very quiet, although there is a bar close by. Excellent central location, just 2 minute walk to the Corn Exchange. Would highly recommend it.
Pleasantly surprised with the standard at Jury`s Inn, Leeds compared to what we paid. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful especially the reception staff and the hotel was clean and modern. Although our room was quite small with only a little window it was comfortable and acceptable for a one night stay. The quality and choice of breakfast items was excellent. I can see why the hotel is only a 3 star as breakfast is a buffet style including tea and coffee, ring yourself taxi service telephone on reception and limited number of complimentary products in the room. No biscuits with the tea and coffee! We would definitely stay again for a one night stay and would recommend it to others.
Great hotel. Very clean, staff were very polite and hospitable would recommend this hotel to anyone who would want to stay in Leeds.
very clean hotel only downside the showers are very tempermentral as its very difficult to get yhem to the right temperature, also the hotel is very quiet.
on arrival our twin room turned out to contain a small double bed and a put-me-up(pushed into clothes hanging space) along with this issue we tried for 5 times to ring down to reception to complain the heating would not work-calls were never answered.on our way out i explained about the heating problem-which i was told would be sorted for our return-on our return the room was very cold but a small and very loud fan heater had been left for us to plug in!(this could not be left on for more than 5mins.as it was so loud) getting up for a shower in the was fun(not)only one bath towel and one hand towel in the room-at least the one of us who lost the toss and got the put-me-up bed got the bath towel! i know we booked at the last min.and didnt pay alot but a twin room should be a twin room and surely we shouldnt be expected to be cold and have to share a towel!!
The hotel was lovely- classy foyer, modern but cosy rooms and good breakfast. My daughter and I stayed over because I didn`t fancy staying at her student accommodation! It`s in a quiet area of Leeds but close enough to walk to restaurants and pubs. There`s an Italian restaurant close by that was excellent and the Viaduct pub where we had a great night out.
Good clean room but the bathroom was extremely noisy! Every time another room flushed the toilet or showered the noise seemed to resonate through my bathroom.
Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent buffet breakfast, extremely helpfulk and polite staff and couldn`t have been in a better location for walking i nto Leeds City Centre. This is our second visit to Leeds in the same hotel and we will use it again on our next visit.
The hotel was fine but we stayed over a weekend and found it very noisy, particularly between 0300-0600. Therefore very difficult to get a good nights sleep. We would like to suggest that when you book this hotel they ask if you are sleeping or clubbing in order to meet peoples needs!
Staff polite, courteous, helpful and efficient. Smart in appearance, cheerful and smiling
Everything was fine with the hotel, except that our bathroom floor hadn`t been mopped.
Friendly staff, clean, accommodating and well situated
Myself and a group of friends visited hotel in Leeds. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Staff polite and helpful. Good location although view from window wasn`t great as building work taking place across the road. Would definately stay here again.
This is a nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, but I would make two comments. Three people sharing a room need three towels, both days. The staff quickly responded when we requested more. The quality of the toilet paper is very poor, bring your own! We would definitely stay here again.
lovely clean hotel worked in hotels and checked for dust muck etc carn`t help it and didn`t find any ,staff friendly and helpful ,i would say they could do with some biscuits with the tea coffee and more irons other than that would stay again oh also let me check in early at 1.30
The hotel was clean and presentable.Staff friendly. The room was comfortable but there were a number of issues: We arrived at 9.45p.m and really wanted to go straight to bed. 1. We had booked a twin but were sent to a double.2. On phoning to reception we had to go back dowstairs to get keycards for another room3. Neither keycard worked. We phoned reception from the hallway.4. My daughter had to go back to recption to get the key cards reactivated. They still didn`t work We phoned again. This time the receptionist came to let us in.5. Our room overlooked a bar and there was loud music till 11pm6. The sound proofing between rooms is poor. I could actually hear the person next door urinating. Also his/her alarm on their phone woke me at 6a.m7 No decaffeinated tea bags
