Excellent service! Great breakfast! Drinks a bit pricey in the bar!
Our second visit to this hotel, its is in a good location to walk into town but has no real parking places you have to park in multi storey at the Amouries and its quite a walk! If you happen to go when its cold be warned the rooms are FREEZING we had to ask for a heater which they did bring but it was the size of a postage stamp!
Very pleasant and helpful staff on reception. Parking is an issue as the car park jury`s suggest u use is too far away for us to walk with cases often on uneven cobbled roads we mentioned the heating wasn`t,t working and they said they would send someone up to look at it as it had been blowing cold air out since we arrived. They eventually gave us a floor heater which was good however the electric went off during the Night and we couldn`t see our way to the toilet or use the kettle or the heater it was minus 5 outside. There were smokers on our floor and the fans in the ceilings were very Noisy through night even though there was no heat coming from them. The location was good a nice walk into town and plenty restaurants near by but would on stay if we got an excellent rate.
We didn`t report it. Breakfast very good, well worth the money, set us up all day. 5 mins walk from city centre, plenty going on nearby. Would definately stay here again, staff very friendly and helpful.
Excellent budget hotel-will stay again
Staff were polite, hotel and room were clean (though shower curtain pretty stained and shower was quite weak), close to town and quiet enough so we could sleep well- in fact what woke us up was an email requesting feedback on our stay which was sent at 5.20am on Saturday morning! I would stay here again, good facilities for the price.
My disabled son and his PA`s recently stayed one night in a triple room. The room was very clean and comfortable however it was cold. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Leeds and shopping so I will book again in the future.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by very friendly staff, room was clean and had a lovely view over the river and the Christmas tree! The breakfast was gorgeous, plenty of choice and smelt delcious when we came down to the restaurant in the morning! I would definately stay in the Jurys Hotel again and will recommend it to my friends!
Reception was clean and welcoming. Rooms were clean and adequate. Evening meal and breakfast lovel very tasty. All staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location walking distance to shops and bars but far enough not to be disturbed. Can`t wait to return.
Very comfortable
Excellent value for money through yourselves would definitely return, breakfast fantastic a great choice of food to suit all tastes. Very well located and the restaurants and bars in close proximity are very tasteful. Very pleasant staff and a welcoming hotel on arrival. great service from your website too will be using you again for our next trip.
I really enjoyed my stay at the jurys inn and will stay there again in the future.
Overall the hotel was very comfortable, and all staff were very helpful, and I would definitely stay again! Only slight niggle was that we booked 2 double rooms for 2nights. Both my and my sisters rooms were ajoining rooms, but not to oneanother. It was fine the first night as nobody was staying in the joining rooms, but on the 2nd night, in both joining rooms, other fairly noisey people were staying and coming and going at all sorts of hours of the night. We wondered why, as we had booked 2 rooms, they did not give us the rooms that joined as atleast we knew eachother, and we would be coming and going at the same times. Only a small niggle, but alittle bit of annoyance that could have easily been avoided.
Reception desk staff a little slow and lacking confidence during the check in, not very forth coming with information regarding hotel facilities and their location. Room very clean as are communal areas. All in all not a bad hotel and value for money.
i would gladly stay at the Jurys Inn Leeds in the future
Although there was some trouble next door to ours, the police seemed to deal with it quickly and quietly. The breakfast was exceptionally good for the price. I would deffinately go there again.
Very pleasant stay. Hotel had some nice facilities. Not as central as some hotels in Leeds City but very pleasant surroundings in the wharf. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Water pressure in the shower was not the best but you can`t expect it to be the best on the 8th floor.
We stayed on the 7th floor - good spoke to people on the 1st and 2nd and a nightmare. Water and ice machines for some reason turned off later in the evening so no water to be had late at night - could not understand the reason for this. The security staff in the evening were very helpful. Some of front of desk staff need a wee lesson on customer care and to smile. Otherwise great central hotel - very clean and excellant rooms.
Very nice relaxed atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
the walls are vey thin, which doesn`t help when you have someone apparently practising their tuba on Sunday morning. also had a loud buzzing noise through a vent, which seemed to be whenever anyone on our floor took a shower - weird but annoying.having said that can`t really moan for such a decent hotel for £40 per night - was clean and staff were efficient.nice enough location although parking is a pain in the butt. given the price we`d probably stay there again
Centrally located near rail and bus stations, we stayed at this hotel over the weekend of 1st October 2011.The rooms and facilities were excellent and the staff cheerful and helpful. Just the job!
An email has been sent to you explaining the problems I experienced
The key to my room wouldn`t operate on 3 occasions. There was no soap. No biscuits. I could not open the window. My request for room service was met with "You will have to come downstairs to get and pay for it" but a friendly member of staf eventually delivered it. Apart from that, the room was excellent, the breakfasts very very good and though I did have a few difficulties, above, the staff were helpful.
The Hotel was in an excellent location for the shops, bars and restaurants that Leeds has to offer. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. All in all an excellent place to stay and I would recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to be in the heart of Leeds but a quiet location.
I stayed at Jurys Inn for my birthday weekend with some friends, the staff were very friendly and helped as much as they could.I couldn`t fault anything with the rooms we had.Had a very good stay in Jurys Inn and would return again!!
All in good order with very helpful, friendly staff.
Basic but clean and staff were friendly. Nice location near the river and only 5 minutes walk to town. Parked on the council car park near the brewery and was only £4.00 overnight. Breakfast at Yum Yums (next to hotel) was good value.
Very clean. Friuendly helpful staff. Well prepared rooms. Excellent breakfast.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.Good value for money.
Clean, tidy, modern, comfortable
