Problems started at reserving our room having accepted it we were told it was oveerbooked and would be moved to Park Inn..then room came free again. Small single duvet on pull down bed for 2 kids no towels then ended up having to move on Sat night due to v load party on ground floor right below our room. Offered another room but had to move our own luggage. Staff polite and offered a discount but one has to ask whether we were looked after as well as those partying?

We really enjoyed the whole experience, friendly staff who always make you welcome,comfortable rooms. We always enjoy are stay at the Radisson.

We flew in because of an emergeny and had to quickly find a place to stay. the staff were very helpful, especially Babs on reception. We were amazed we did not get breakfast for the price of the room, The quilts were too small for the beds, the bed was too small in comparission with other hotels we have stayed at, my husband is 6ft 2inches and his feet dangled over the edge! We booked the rest of our stay in Belfst at the Stormont Hotel which was nearer the hospital for visiting....very plush. very good value for money I would advise anyone to stay there.

For a 4* poor level of cleanliness in the room.

Accomodation was expensive once one realised that breakfast was not included inthe billing. Also little to no road transport links to/from airport

Very friendly and efficient service, lovely rooms.

Hotel in good location, reception pleasant, we arrived before the 3pm check in time and luckily they had a room free and we vwere allowed to book in early at no extra cost. Found all hotel personel very helpful. Nice tv , room comfortable.

I would definitly recommend staying at the Raddisson Belfast. It is set in a peaceful loaction, within easy walking distance to the city centre. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Ididn`t use that bar or resturant facilities, but they were busy and looked excellent, the customers certainly semed to be relaxing and enjoying themselves
