"A lovely stay, great service and fantastic location"
We spent the night in Belfast and couldnt have chosen a better location to stay! The hotel is central, the service was very good and the accomodation was lovely, very modern and funky!

"The most enjoyable stay we`ve ever had in Belfast"
Location was great - so central and minimal road crossing and traffic. Staff were wonderful and hotel was so pristine and clean - and in addition we had a wonderful dinner there also. Highly recommended - we will definately book again

"Would definitely recommend this hotel"
All the staff in the hotel were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Only one slight problem was the time it took to serve our dinner. Both nights we ate in the hotel we waited over an hour for our main course, but the food was delicious when it finally arrived.

Good location, friendly staff. Impressive lobby with open fire. Room was very nice. The bar was a bit packed on the Saturday night so was a bit disappointing that we couldn`t have a drink and relax. Seems that non-residents go there a lot. Excellent breakfast and service

First stay in Fitzwilliam hotel,me and my guests were all very impressed.The hotel itself is very modern and well decorated.Rooms very spacious as is the trendy bathroom.The staff were all very polite,friendly and helpful which is a big issue for me,they were a real plus point of the stay.

This hotel was a great find. Lovely friendly staff welcome you into this modern location. Room facilities were great. Very comfortable beds...slept like a baby!

Very nice, clean, well decorated rooms. T.V & stereo system plus free wifi connection.Breakfast was excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

"Car Parking is a problem and should be part of the service of a 5 star hotel. £15 is excessive."
I thought The Hotel was fine. The staff were very friendly and efficient but I wouldn`t rate it 5 star. Corridors too dark and design of restaurant not great. cleanliness good and service excellent. I would stay again but wouldn`t pay for my car. £15 per night is ridiculous.

Bright airy hotel. Very clean with friendly staff and great position for access to city centre. Excellent restaurant and affordable. would definitely return.
