Just stayed 4 nights and our experience was wonderful, very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Comfortable and clean room, good nights sleep the whole time, highly recommended.

The staff were efficient and our rooms were spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the lobby area well presented with staff working affectively to clear tables and ensure all dishes/items available were replenished when required. Would definitely consider staying here again. Excellent

We visited London to see our Grandaughter taking part in a show in the West End. As we live in the West country the coach service takes us to Hammersmith bus depot. So the Holiday Inn Express was ideal for our stay. It was handy for the Tube Station and also for the bus depot, both a 7 - 10 min walk. The hotel was very clean, wonderful staff, breakfast was all you needed and we will definitely stay here again.

We have just spent a night at the Holiday Inn Express at Hammersmith. Everything was superb. We will definitely be returning when are travels take us this way again. We have to mention the helpful staff here as well, especially Brian .

Used the hotel for a one night weekend stay. Good location, short walk from underground station. Hotel clean, rooms decent size, staff pleasant. Breakfast was basic, but worked for us. 2 adults, 4 kids (not all ours!!!!)

Absolutely loved our stay here and look forward to returning. The room was immaculate - as were all areas. The bed was comfy and with a choice of pillows. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were so friendly and welcoming I really can`t speak highly enough of this hotel. A real gem. Thank you.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Four of us including two boys age 10 and 5. The room was big enough. Breakfast was excellent. The staff so polite and couldn`t do enough to help. There is also a weather spoons pub near by and this was very good for food. Would definitely stay again

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hammersmith for two nights over the FA Cup weekend. It was perfect for our needs, close to the tube and lots of shops, restaurants and pubs within minutes. Wembley was easy to reach via the tube. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation and will certainly be back.

Centrally located on Hammersmith off the Piccidilly line, very handy to get into the centre of London and beyond. Great hotel, lots of shops, pubs and parking nearby. Would not hesitate to reccomend it and if we are in need of visiting London again we will be back.

Reception service was excellent, room was very good and the breakfast was great. Will stay again

Would recommend Holiday Inn hotels as reaonable price along with clean room, friendly staff & free breakfast, although would avoid the scrambled eggs in future as most unappetizing. Overall 8/10

No complaints. We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 3 kids. Were given adjoining rooms so could leave interconnecting doors open over night. Breakfast was a little busy but food was good.

Budget hotel but comfortable and great location. Only down was the cleaner banging on the door at 9am! Breakfast was adequate .

Friendly helpful staff. Good location - a few minutes` walk from Hammersmith tube station. Easy to get to Central London and elsewhere. Rooms small, but big enough, clean and of decent quality. Ideal hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep while visiting the capital. Well priced compared with most London hotels.

Family room for 4 was the smallest room I have ever been in. No storage space had to keep clothes in suitcase under the bed. Bar service dreadful, constantly ignored and wait ages to get served.

2 night stay with young family. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room with good facilities. Good breakfast with plenty of eateries in close proximity. Ravenscourt Park is close by with excellent childrens play areas for all ages. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for accses to hammersmith Apollo and the location was fab! The staff were very helpful and accomodating. If we come back to London in the future it will be our first choice.

To be honest the only down side was the travel distance from Central London, the reality is its well worth the hastle of a small commute. Check in/ out easy adequate breakfast and beds more comfortable than my own.
