Price very competitive but my 11yr old and 14 year old couldn`t fit on the setter. Breakfast excellent. Service very good.

Service was excellent, only thing we would of liked would of been a family room with a double and two single beds as the children are nearly 13yrs of age and of opposite sex, which wasn`t ideal them having to share same bed. Overall tho very good...thank you

An enjoyable one night stay. The room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the main road and it was quite noisy, however we came prepared with ear plugs. The room itself was spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. This is a great base for exploring London. The only negative was the fact that we had to queue quite a while for breakfast and then had to sit in the lounge with our tray of breakfast on our laps.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom is particularly well designed with a door that can close either the whole bathroom or the toilet only. Very good value for money.

Have stayed here a few times now. Hotel is always clean and rooms are functional. If you want pretty location, this is not for you, but it is ideal for the HMV Apollo. Breakfast is always a bit chaotic, but food is reasonable. If you want a good, clean, dependable standard and easy access to the Underground then this is ideal. Safe location. Would definitely use again.

I had to cancel a second room booked for a colleague who was ill. Despite cancelling only two days prior there was an immediate refund. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was fine and friendly and efficient .. Could do with a better toasting system .. Holds up everyone .. As slow and hardly toasts

This was a good clean and friendly hotel, rooms relatively compact but reasonable value. Breakfast was good.

The toilet refused to flush properly . There was no toilet brush and the bathroom fan did not work.Other than that, our experience at your hotel was excellent, with staff being efficient and polite.

We visited London for the night and stayed at the Hammersmith Holiday Inn. Situated about 5 minutes easy walk from tube and bus station. Car parking available (£15 24hrs) The staff went out of the way to answer all Q`s. Room clean and modern, 32``LG widescreen kept the kids happy. Bathroom clean and tidy with big shower. Very quite nights sleep, no major roads to hear when windows were opened. Breakfast was just right, everything you need to set yourself up for a good day in The City. The staff were also happy to store luggage if required. The bus was 15mins from Hyde Park and 20mins Tube to London. Overall a well priced double room and great breakfast a cheap and cheeriful venue. Well done Hioliday Inn Hammersmith.

We allways use this hotel when we visit London,It is well situated in a quiet area but close to the undergound for getting around,Freindly helpfull staff comfortable rooms and a good breakfast..

Conveniently located about 7 minutes walk from Hammersmith Broadway. Newish building, clean and well maintained. Room very clean & comfortable with all essentials but no frills. Staff pleasant, polite and helpful.Breakfast was disappointing and more akin to a works canteen meal.. Milk for cereal ran out. Coffee only lukewarm and orange juice and fruit could have been fresher. Croissants soft and queue for the toasterHowever, good value for money and we had a comfortable stay with no disturrbances or traffic noise

Provided everything we needed at a reasonable price for a few days in London.Breakfast was good but the whole self-service process could be reorganised and made more efficient.

This is a great location and value hotel for a short stopover in the capital. Nice seating area at reception and luggage storage free of charge. Only downside was the breakfast. They had run out of everything and the layout meant people had to queue when they only wanted cereals or fruit.

Will go again next time in London. Excellent position as next to a wetherspoons pub.

Convenient location, about 10 mins to station. Plenty of eating places aroubd. Need to get better toasters (only 1 side cooked )

The hotel was very clean and staff were extremely proffesional, polite and helpful! The service from staff was outstanding. Only downfall was the breakfast. Excellent range for different types of breakfast but the hot food was not very good. Shame as everything else throughout our stay was great! :-)

Very comfortable, clean & easy to get to via the subway. We slept family of 4 wasnt a lot of room with 2 beds made up but being able to sleep in the one room made up for it. Would recommend hotel, staff very friendly.
