hotel was lovely and easy to find. our room was out standing clean and tidy hotel staff were friendly. the only thing i was abit disappointed with was the breakfast alot to choose from.
Very clean, spacious rooms, good location for the tube and overground. Only down side was doors slamming until around 03.00 hrs. Perhaps soft closers fitted to doors would help.
Very nice stay room was spotless and staff very polite and helpful.
clean tidy room ,staff friendly and helpful, good value and only short walk to nearest tube, breakfast ok but can get a little congested
The room was clean and modern with no frills. A 10 minute walk from Vauxhall station, it`s not at the heart of London life. Not much fun if you`re travelling alone as there are no friendly bars or places to eat nearby where you can wile away a few hours in the evening. The staff on reception give the impression of being overworked and overwhelmed and don`t show any interest in you or your stay. Still, I needed somewhere clean and moderately proced to stay and it did the job.
We are four of us in the family. The room was big enough for us, clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helped us in everything we needed. The location was not bad. There is a walk to Vauxhall station. It will be among our options to book a room for a future trip to London.
Clean, well presented hotel. Nice room with good sized shower room. Choice at breakfast buffet was quite limited.
perhaps it should be explained how far out the hotel is.It is not walk able with a bag!!
Had booked a twin room but when we arrived we had a double bed. The receptionist very kindly arrranged for an extra bed for us.
2nd visit to this hotel for a New Years eve. Last time was a family room so we did wonder how much smaller a double would be. Pleasantly suprised, room was spacious and had plenty of room to move around. Despite being on the ground floor and the windows facing onto the car park and the entrance walkway, we still had a decent nights sleep. The mattress could possibly do with being replaced as it was a bit saggy, but we were not disappointed and would still return again. Didn`t have breakfast this time so don`t know if that is still as disorganised as last time.
Stayed here 18.12.10. Booked online very easily. 5 minute walk from vauxhall tube stn. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff who gave us a complimentary upgrade. Nice spacious clean room. Comfy bed and nice furniture and fittings. Only complaint would be shower curtain instead of shower doors - hate how they cling while you`re showering. Checkout took 30 seconds and once again very friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again
Room was clean but souless. Radiator started to make very loud noises in the middle of the night and we had to turn it off. Decor was strange eg headboard on bed looked broken but that was design. Bathroom was small and shower lukewarm. Area around hotel appeared rundown. I would not return or recomend to a friend.
all aspects of our stay, were dealt with, too the highest standards, from the staff , to the facilities, first class, thank you.
Very clean and comfortable apart from lack of hot water in the bathroom.
We stayed at the Comfort Inn for one night only. We found the staff extremely helpful and pleasant and the room very comfortable and importantly very clean. Overall we would highly rate the hotel for a short visit, 8 minutes walk to the underground, a good sized and CLEAN room, with coffe/tea, TV, a GREAT shower and reception staff with a smile on their face when they greet you!! We will definitely stay here again. Good value for money for London.
We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful-nothing was to much trouble for them.We would definately stay there again when visiting London.
Rather strange room full of beds - we booked a double and got a room with a double bed, a single bed and two bunk beds, actually an excellent family room. The bunk beds obscured the window and it was difficult to close the curtain, the double bed was in front of the mirror. Access to Vauxhall tube was easy and about a 7 minute walk. The main road is noisy and very close if you have a room at the front as we did. The area is typical big city seen better days but we felt very safe walking to and from hotel/ underground. Average rating is more an indication of my" live in the sticks attitude to costs". At just over £100/room it is OK value but I suspect comparing it to London hotel prices it represents good value for money. It is a place to rest your head in the style of Travel Lodges and not a place to go on holiday to.
We met three efficient but friendly and very good humoured hotel staff at reception. Our room was large bright and comfortable, and it was very clean. I would like to return to the Comfort Inn. I did not get a chance to have breakfast, but my experience of this hotel was excellent.
Our first stay at a Comfort Inn - pleasant surprise. No frills but modern and clean. Not many other hotels in Vauxhall so this was perfect for us on this occasion - and great bus service right outside. Would definitely go back.
we found the room very clean and very comfortable. Pleased to have a chocolate on the tray with the tea
Good place to stay for a night out. 10min walk from Vauxhall underground. Basic but clean and comfortable room. I would recommend!
Clean, fairly comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
Clean rooms, Nice touch that the blue badge parking was free, only shame was that the restuarant was not open for food / bar snacks at night.
No hot water was available for the duration of my stay and the staff did not appear interested
Lovely hotel, not far from tube station. hotel was clean and staff were friendly. third bed in room could have been more comfy, as it was only a fold out bed. other than that an enjoyable stay and would recommend.
Booked a family room that was totally unsuitable for families, wet room with no drainage facilities, no lock on bathroom door, room was hot stuffy and uncomfortable, on ground floor and had to open windows but outside was some type of gathering area for drunks, leaking toilet, wife was unable to use hair straighteners as no plug near to mirror, £20 parking charge not disclosed until arrival, first room we were let in was somebody elses with thier belongings in, then got given family room with bunk beds for our 3 year old twins this is very dangerous if one fell, breakfast was an over priced cattle market with poor quality food that we luckily avoided and had a full English breakfast at a cafe next door at half the price.
