Absolutely lovely staff, very attentive. Loved the rooms, very clean, modern but still with a rustic atmosphere. Perfect!

Great hotel. Room comfortable with everything you could ever need. Only downfall were prices in hotel £3.50 for a can of coke and £7 for a small bottle of lager. Had food in bar and that wasn`t top quality but premium price!

My choice of Hotel as part of my husbands birthday present was a great choice, the staff were friendly & professional. The room was Lovely with fantastic views. A beautiful hotel overlooking the Thames. Thank you to the management & staff for making our stay a memorable one. We`ve stayed here before and always receive a friendly welcome from all members of staff. Our deluxe room whilst compact, was nicely fitted out and decorated. There was a long queue of people for breakfast on Sunday, but staff managed this very well and breakfast was worth the wait.

It was good to be given a room overlooking the River Thames and was a nice touch to give my husband chocolates and birthday greetings. Elemis toiletries, bathroom, bed linen and comfy bed was first class. TV in the shower was useful! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Room was ok but no window well there was but right next to a wall so it felt small but the bathroom was lovely

We have just stayed at Royal Horseguards for 3 nights and can without doubt recommend it to anyone. The main points to highlight are the central location, the perfect atmosphere and comfort of the hotel and of course the service and helpfulness of the staff.

This hotel is highly recommended. The room was fantastic, with a wonderful view, and very quiet. The staff are the most helpful and attentive that we have ever encountered, and we have stayed in many hotels. A wonderful experience, and one we hope to repeat very soon.

A 5* Hotel, very traditional with excellent service and every attention to detail. We stayed there for the last New Year Party package, and no hesitation in choosing it when saw it was included on the theatre and hotel package.

We really enjoyed the Royal Horseguards, conveniently located a short walk from Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, and very close to the Underground and the London Eye. The people were very friendly and helpful.

Went out of there way to make our stay better with no sense of snobbery about the service. Location was excellent, literally just a hundred yards from Embankment station. Wonderful views and i`d recommend the restaurant.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. It was beautiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate at the One twenty One Two restaurant at the hotel and the food,presentation and service were excellent. The food was to die for.

The horseguards hotel is smack in the middle of everything. It took us 10 minutes to get to the theatre. The room was so full of character (even had a tv in the shower) the view over the Thames was fantastic we were across from the London eye. We had the best welcome the staff couldn`t do enough for you and although we didn`t have dinner, we had the biggest breakfast in beautiful surroundings. I would definitely stay there again. Was a lot of money for drinks, bottle of water and a Jameson over ice came to £15 which was a lot so we only had one drink. However there are loads of pubs nearby if you want more than one.

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. We had a beautiful room over looking the river and London eye. The staff are fantastic so friendly and warm made are stay extra special thank you all.

Stunning hotel in an excellent location, minutes walk away from theatre land. Highly recommend this hotel, and will certainly return to this hotel without a doubt. Usually stay in a slightly more expensive London Hotel, but this is by far much nicer and better value for money.

Outstanding welcome, all staff polite and friendly. Only slight problem, one of our rooms was cold, extra heating provided quickly. Restaurant also high class, and good wine choice. Prices high, but central London always is, good value, would go back.

We were upgraded compliments of hotel to a river view and complimentary champagne and chocolates put in our room as it was our anniversary! Could not fault our stay .

Perfect location for sightseeing, great views, wonderful and attentive staff and rooms extremely comfortable. Had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to go back.

The hotel and staff were par excellence. I would thoroughly recommended this establishment, the service and food was superb,the room immaculate.Would definitely use this hotel again.

What a shame the dinner wasn`t good. Steak very tough and for £24 this is not on and vegetables not cooked. Couldn`t get a fork into the sprouts!! As this was a special treat for my mans Birthday came away bitterly disappointed.

This is a lovely hotel, in a great position for shopping, theartre. The staff are very helpful and will make you feel very welcome. We had the best christmas shopping weekend the hotel made it very memorable.
