Reception desk is not the fasted in the world, however, rooms extremely clean, very comfortable, with all the facilities you need. Cannot believe I managed to get such a nice place to stay in Central London at such a good price - I have paid twice as much for rooms half as good.

Very impressed with the room, well maintained and very clean. We loved the complimentary water machine and bottles along with a replenish cupboard on each landing full of tea coffee milk etc, plus Iron, extra blankets, pillows, which where all available. Great hotel just near St Paul`s Cathedral and a short walk to the underground. Also a short walk to the Embankment by the Thames, London Eye and Westminster. Thank you!

This hotel is very efficiently run, quick check in and out by computer, plenty of everything, even a storage cupboard for extras, bottled water on every floor, microwave, empty fridge etc., We stayed New Year`s Eve, and expected some noise, from outside, police cars sirens etc., What made it worse were the chimes of St.Paul`s every half hour! Maybe this just occurs at this time of year and we were at the worst position for the noise. Then at 9 a.m. we could hear what we assumed was the noise from the electric showers around our room, so we hardly slept, but I suppose this is part and parcel of New Year`s Eve. We`d definitely check the chimes out before we made a future booking as it`s a good area for sightseeing,public transport etc.,

Everyting about this hotel was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Would definately stay here again. Didn`t try the restaurant as we were out and about most of the day, but the menu looked good.

We stayed on New Year`s Eve to see the fireworks and the New Year`s Day parade. It`s not too far to walk to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, etc.

Very Happy with our weekend break hotel base. All we wanted was a good location close to Tube and other amenities in Center London and location was fab 5 mins walk from nearest tubs station. Hotel had good Tydy and clean rooms. TV Lounge with Internet enabled PC`s were great. We loved the Chilled water outside the lifts. Didn`t realy deal with any staff but all seemed helpfull as I overheard certain conversations. Will deffo be booking next time were in London.

View of St. Pauls from bedroom, beautifully clean, modern fittings, good bathroom. Pleasant lounge with coffee machine, comfortable chairs and fire. Excellent location with frequent buses and close to tube station. Would stay here again.

We arrived early from Australia and the Staff were very pleasant and had our room ready for us straight away. The Hotel has the buses at the front door for easy access and the tube is around the corner. We heard no noises whilst sleeping, the wireless internet worked well, and the cold water station on the floor was a surprise. A very pleasant experience indeed.

Myself and my husband and daughter stayed at the hotel for one night last weekend and were gobsmacked by the size of the room with a separate sleeping area for my daughter, a small Kitchen with fridge and microwave and granite worktops and could help yourself to more tea coffee ect. The room was spotless and staff were really friendly, it was our first time in London and would definatly stay there again. And hearing the bells from St.pauls on the sunday morning was lovely!

The location makes it an ideal venue for both business people and tourists and the prices are both realistic and competitive

we found staff unapproachable and not very friendly. the plug sockets were unaccessable. everything else was fine.

The hotel is literally outside St Paul`s Cathedral, the staff were very accommodating to everyone and the stay was great. The room that i plumbed for was basic but well presented and functional. Perfect for business people or people that want some where comfortable to sleep a stones throw away from everything London has to offer! One tip though, Liverpool Street station is 10 minutes walk away and this at peek times is often faster than getting the tube!

Wow, This hotel really impressed me, fantastic location looking out at St Paul`s dome. No street noise, really comfy beds, as much tea and coffee as we wished ( A guest cupboard provides spares of everything). Fabulous shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. Only down side, towels were a bit small.

Good location for walking distance to all that we wanted to see. Clean and comfortable room. Polite staff and very helpful. Good price for hotel in that area. Would stay again.

Staff upon arrival were not as helpful with the computerised check-in as I would have hoped. They were distracted and had to be asked for assistance. However, once approached, they were polite and helpful. The family roon was clean and the child`s sofa bed was comfortable. We were most impressed by the kitchen area with microwave and kettle etc which other hotels do not offer. The room was large. We would highly recommend this hotel and use it again. Location great, very clean and no noise as we stayed on a weekend when thta part of the City is v.quiet. Great.

What a lovely hotel, and what value for money. I stayed with my 9 year old Grandson and we absolutely loved it - polite and helpful staff, fantastically clean hotel, brilliant position for sightseeing and exciting next to St Paul`s. I emailed the hotel when i suddenly thought it may not be suitable for a 9 year old and they responded immediately, re-assuring me .To people who wanted more tea/coffee/milk - go to the lounge and help yourself! Extras were much appreciated - free bottled water on the landings, free tea and coffee machine in the lounge. Absolutely no negatives and would definitely use again.

Really loved the location close to 2 underground stations restaurants on the doorstep would highly recommend Strada opposite the entrance to St Pauls. Only minor downsides: room not serviced when we returned at 4pm to rest and change for evening, but we just phoned to ask for towels tea coffee etc. Not enough milk to make more than 2 drinks. Towels could be bigger and thicker and a complimentary robe would have been nice. Also traffic noise fairly constant but not bad on the 7th floor.

Unusual but they had thought of everything. Particularly liked the free botteled water, use of washing machine/dryer and the help yourself cupboard for iron etc or extra supplies of tea/milk etc. Check in / out was a dream 10 secs max! Only issue was room unmade at 15.00 but they did do it immediately when we asked.

Overall very good. Free Wi-Fi very handy. Only blot was on leaving with a particularly unhelpful chap on reception who looked down his nose at a request for a receipt for the stay. Aside form this everything was good and I would reccommend it.

A fine facility in a convenient and pleasant area - a little pricey perhaps, but that`s London!

just beside St Pauls, could hear the bells but didnt bother us at night time at all. Staff were helpful and encouraged to use computors to sign in and out so we really didnt need them at all. Rooms were very clean and were tidied up late afternoon so we were able to rest up after lunch knowing that the room would be sorted after - ready for night time. Could did want more tea facilities as only cup of tea was available as no more sugar was given. very near to tubes. so it was a good choice for us.

A good clean smart hotel with no messing around and the best location you could ask for. i should now i have lived and worked in London for 50 years YOU CANT WALK IN ANY DIRECTION WITH OUT STUMBLING ACRROX HISTORY AND GREAT ARCHITECTURE

Could do with an alternative pillow. The one I had was too large for me and consequently disturbed my night.

We were impressed with the hotel and all the little extras were much appreciated, e.g. water bottles for guests by the lifts, relaxing lounge with many facilities. Breakfast at adjoining Brasserie was excellent. We found the reception staff a little brusque, especially when we first arrived. Overall a very enjoyable stay, superb location and we would definitely go back again.
