Hotel was in close position to St. Pauls and the river, good size clean rooms with all facilities. The Cotes Brasserie has very good food at good value. The only minus was that on our return one afternoon at 4.30 the room had not been serviced although this was eventually rectified.
STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT!!!
Room was clean and service from staff was excellent. Hotel provides free Wi-Fi, water and coffee 24/7. Location was 20 min walk from West End. Situated right next to St. Paul with restaurant on site and plenty of coffee shops and bars nearby.
Stayed for 1 night no complaints, arrived early at 8 am, was able to check in no problems, room had everything needed, tube station close by, good price for city based hotel, will definately stay again at next visit to London
Very good clean rooms and nice view but not much milk for coffee and tea
Location was excellent, as near St Pauls as you could get and within very easy walking to St Pauls tube station. Extremely clean and lobby and lounge seemed welcoming. The staff were very efficient and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room was on a corner and the sunlight flooded in in the morning, the beds very comfortable and ensuite looked brand new. We would definitely stay there again and would also recommend to anyone.
We were fairly pleased with the hotel as the room was clean and modern. The only disappointment was the bath was abit small and as im 6ft i found it abit uncomfortable. Overall we were pleased
Good central location.Hotel was clean and well presented. Some sound insulation between rooms would improve things
Lovely hotel and very convienant for a night out, however it was a very cold day in February when I checked in at approx 17:30 and the room was really cold. It was very unpleasant to shower and get dressed for the night out shivering in the cold. I put the heater on and the room was heated when I returned however the shower room remained cold ( I could not see a seperate heater for the shower room)
Traffic noise and the hourly alarm clock from St Pauls are the only negative points of an otherwise great hotel. Fantastic shower pressure.
The staff rectified a booking software error efficiently on arrival. The waiting staff were friendly. Wit h flight cancelled at short notice, the staff booked a room for us quickly. Facilities were excellent. Restaurant reasonalbe prices and good food.
We stayed at Club Q St Pauls and were extremely pleased with our choice. Thought it was very reasonably priced for London. Very convenient for the City, short walk to the South Bank and convenient for tubes and buses. Reception staff were very polite. Our room had a great view of St Pauls, was a little noisey but the staff did tell us it would be and offered us a quieter room - but we went for the wonderful view. Excellent bathroom and very clean room. Would recommend.
Excellently situated with just a 5 minute walk to aldwych theatre then just a short walk to covent garden, hotel was very great customer serice provided, very quick&efficient check in/out system.
restaurant was excellent.
receptionist on arrival was a bit sharp, but may have had a bad day. but this would not stop me staying again.
Had a wonderful overnight stay at Club Quarters St Pauls. Very clean and comfortable rooms and spectacular view of St Pauls from one of the rooms we had (think 616). Staff very friendly and helpful.
No complaints. Kettle in room failed to switch off automatically but that was the only problem. Great breakfast and friendlty service.
Very well positioned next to St Paul`s and close to the underground station. Easy check-in, well appointed rooms. The ground floor facilities are excellent and relaxing. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice including fresh fruit. A very enjoyable stay.
comfortable room and friendly staff. only snag was they had me booked in the wrong night! Quickly shorted out though
Full marks for magnify mirror/bathroom. Iron was used but needs upgrading, expect better iron from a 4 star hotel - damaged clothing. TV Channels - breakup/digital poor reception. No biscuits in room - would have been welcome. Paper cups in lounge not great. Didnt get a face flannel on day 2 for some reason. Good central location for my business trip.
Room clean and sizable. Lounge downstairs good with newpapers and internet access. Room 516 in the corner nearest to St Pauls was a little noisey with the traffic on Friday night. Staff very good and friendly. Twelve noon check out was great.
The hotel was very clean & comfortable and the staff were very courteous & helpful.
only stayed one night but value for money this london hotel is supreme. It is modern, clean and stone throw from st pauls. doing up bar and restaurant at present. providing a free social drink in the evening. very friendly service by the staff and the showers in room are so so good. perfect hotel for an amazing London experience!! thanking you
Excellently situated, right by St Paul`s, close to the Thames and Tate Modern, the Globe Theatre. Could not have picked a better hotel. Room very nice, free tea & coffee which we did not expect and also a fridge and microwave. We will definetly be returned to your apartments
only slightly negative comment would be to let people know about St Paul`s clock chiming in case they are light sleepers. But to be honest, it didn`t bother us at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and would stay there again with no hesitation.
This is an excellent value hotel. Very central, excellent friendly service. Like the fact that there is tea/coffee facilities in room, & cold water fountain on each floor. Would stay here again & use other Club Qs around the world.
We requested a twin but were given a double. This was quickly changed to a very nice room over looking St Pauls!
We spent a very comfortable night at Club Q St Pauls, silent air conditioning, comfortable bed with quality bedding. There was also no noise from the surrounding area. The only slight fault was that we could hear our neighbouring room receive their early morning wake-up call. I would definitely use this hotel again for a London short break.
Would recommend this hotel for a peaceful night`s sleep in a wonderful location- right beside St. Paul`s Cathedral and close to London Eye and Westminster. Room good size, could just do with a mirror to plug your curling brush into, in the main bedroom/desk area(only had a long mirror and mirror in bathroom). A few biscuits would be nice with coffee/tea and a hotel bar downstairs is needed, but would stay at Club Q St. Paul`s again.
