It was just brilliant. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is outstanding. The hotel perfect for the theatre and walking distance to so many attractions. Lovely clean, tidy, friendly hotel, perfect for a night out in London. A word of warning if you`re less able the room is very compact and you can`t walk around the bed to get in and out, you have to shuffle across if you`re sharing. Would definitely use them again.

Welcomed with mulled wine and mince pies. Free cheese between 5-9 and really pleasant staff. However, they do have internal, windowless rooms and my single was rather coffinesque. They kindly upgraded me to a double which, though still windowless, was big enough not to trigger claustrophobia!

I was very surprised with the size of the room it worked well for our requirements being one night and very central for our needs. I think if you where staying a few nights and large suitcases then you may struggle the other observation was there was no telephone in the room! If you had a medical emergency specially if you where staying alone you may not be able to raise an alarm. I felt this was quite high Health and safety issue
