Room was very nice and well equipped. We were hardly in the room as there is so much to do. However it`s nice to come back to a comfy bed. The hotel was a five minute walk to Shaftsbury theatre. The only thing I would say is why add a service charge in the bar after all we ordered at the bar and carried our drinks to the table ourselves? The concierge was very helpful.
Just had a fantastic weekend at the Radisson Blu Kenilworth, as it was my partners Christmas present we were given a free upgrade to a king size room! The hotel was clean and the staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. We were perfectly situated for the show that we had booked, just one stop away on the tube. We will definitely be returning to this hotel for our next trip to London.
We always stay in Mayfair but decided to try somewhere different we weren`t disappointed. The hotel was lovely, they upgraded us to an executive room it was quiet and warm with every need catered for. We will definitely stay there again we visited the cinema twice and were within 5 minutes walk of both cinemas, Oxford st Regent st and Covent Garden Soho were 10 mins away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn`t have breakfast or room service so can`t comment on
A good standard hotel only slight criticism was the size of the room, it was very small & whilst suitable for 2 nights I really could not have slept in it any longer. The hotel was very clean & the shower was something you very rarely experience in a hotel, it was wonderful. Choice of food at breakfast was very good & the quality was high. Perfect location for theatres & shopping, no need to use the tube, which for me is a bonus
Hotel is in a fantastic position for shopping and fir the West End shows. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Sean on reception was excellent He showed interest in our visit, was very chatty and helpful. Room was just right and the breakfast was lovely. Everything was of an excellent quality and there was a good choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again when in London.
Room booked for 3 adults but on arrival room only set up for 3. Phoned reception to request towels robes and glasses for 3rd adult and quickly delivered. Once back from theatre sofa bed not set up and no bedding in the room for us to do it. Phoned down again and req bedding and took 35/40 minutes to receive bedding to enable us to get settled after a long day. Very disappointing.
I booked 3 nights in a twin room on arrival there was only a double available which was disappointing but the Hotel dealt with the issue and we only spent one night in the double and the other 2 nights in very nice twin. On the whole we were impressed with the way the issue was handled and can only praise their customer service. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent and we can highly recommend the afternoon tea. We also ate in The Steak and Lobster which is attached to their other hotel and that was also excellent. On the whole a very enjoyable experience.
Excellent hotel great location 10 minute walk to Tottenham court rd tube station, fantastic service throughout the hotel will return.
I would have said excellent were it not for the fact that we arrived and were given the smallest imaginable double room (two girlfriends who had booked a twin!) - only suitable for one person as you could only get out of the bed on one side, the other side was pushed up against a wall. We spent the first night in that room as we were in a hurry to go straight out on arrival. We asked to be moved to a larger double the next morning and were accommodated. BUT it was very disappointing. Surely in a double room for two people the bed should be accessible from both sides. Our booking had warned that a twin room was not guaranteed and so we should have contacted the hotel to ask about this in advance. Warning for other people expecting a twin - contact the hotel direct in advance! Otherwise great hotel in fantastic location for shopping, bars, restaurants, theatre etc.
Beautiful hotel wonderfully placed for theatre land . The room was very small ( standard double ) but had everything you could possibly need and very very clean. We booked three nights but unfortunately only stayed for two due to my husband not being very well and wanting to get back home . The staff were very pleasant and helpful . Hope to visit again
The purpose of the weekend was a treat for my wife`s birthday and the hotel helped to make it special with the attention we were given.
Very small standard double which I suppose isn`t unusual for London but the smallest we have stayed in ( we were asked if we wanted to upgrade before we saw the room and declined. Shocking hard pillows. Great location, lovely breakfast and helpful staff . Checkout 11 am when most others are 12. We would stay again as only 10/15 min walk to west end
Upon arrival we were welcomed by a lovely blonde lady who checked us in earlier than stated which was brilliant for us as we didnt want to be carrying luggage around all day. We had a King Duluxe Room which was a great size and had a lovely view! The only downfall was that the tap in the bathroom was the wrong way around so I ended up brushing my teeth with boiling water instead of cold, but hey, it made us laugh! The bathroom was beautiful and the shower powerful. Would 100% book with Hotel Direct again and stay at this hotel!
Room assigned was disappointingly small. Made it very difficult for two adults over the age of 65 to manoeuvre in comfort. That apart, hotel was ideally placed for us and we would certainly go back - just need a bigger room next time please!
Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff excellent and highly recommend breakfast in any deal. Rooms a little on the small side but overall a very nice hotel.
Lovely hotel staff really friendly rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was great and catered for everyone. Worth paying the extra. Great location walking distance from Euston, Theatre & Covent garden would definitely stay again Thank you
great location and value for money, staff very friendly
In central London this made an excellent place to stay. Everything we did was within walking distance or a few stops on the tube. The hotel room was well appointed and comfortable.
Fantastic service, room small but spotless and everything needed for an overnight stay, breakfast was 10/10 and the staff were polite, welcoming and very friendly.
Good position. Attentive staff. Good breakfast choices.
