The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was perfect location to reach theatre land by tube. The breakfast was good and the rooms very comfortable.
Fantastic hotel exceptional staff really couldn`t do enough to make our stay great. Accommodation, cleanliness and overall presentation of the hotel is lovely. 10/10.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Was s bit surprised to get charged a service fee to pour my drinks in the bar
Couldn`t fault anything with this hotel especially the staff who went above and beyond for me and my wife and because it was my wife`s birthday they upgraded our room. Very happy and would definitely visit again
Definitely recommend to anyone
Last minute room upgrade, room was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again.
Excellent hotel, very close to underground station . Close to the shard and borough market
What a find - a compact but conveniently placed London hotel with surprisingly good rooms, facilities and really excellent personal service, making our short break even more enjoyable than we could have hoped for.
It was my 40th birthday and I wanted to come to London and see a show. The staff were lovely and friendly and extremely helpful. I even got a voucher for 2 glasses ( complimentary) of prosecco of which I shared with my sister. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. I shall definitely stay here again
Have stayed here several times before and previously rated this hotel as excellent. However, the breakfast this time was not up to scratch. The orange juice was downright unpleasant - so weak and watery it hardly tasted of oranges. The cooked breakfast was lukewarm, and the coffee extremely bitter. It`s a shame. The breakfast spoiled what otherwise would have been a very enjoyable stay.
This was our second time at the London Bridge Hotel and once again I was absolutely charmed by the warm welcome, friendly staff and Phillipe`s knowledge of London. The room was perfect, clean comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space, an iron and ironing board, trouser press, tea and coffee, bath/shower room and a host of other bits and bobs - anything you didn`t have I am sure a phone call to reception would have them at your door in seconds! We arrived early but checked in immediately with no fuss or drama and when we checked out we left our bags in the hotel until we travelled home which saved us the bother of lugging our luggage around London all day. Many thanks for that! Breakfast is served until 11:00 and is delicious with more than enough to choose from in a calm and relaxed dining room where the staff worked very hard to keep it that way. All in all I can not find fault with London Bridge Hotel. Will I stay there again? Of course I will!
A wonderful stay with extremely friendly staff. A special memtion for the concierge who was particularly helpful.
Robert (Bob) the Concierge is the best in London
We thought the hotel is excellent. Rooms were spacious ,clean and well presented. The staff in the hotel were spot on. Breakfast was excellent. Perfectly situated a minute from the Shard and Borough Market, Within a few minutes walk of numerous wonderful bars and restaurants. The perfect place for a weekend London break.
Given a free up grade then told at check out I had to pay for it. Not happy at all!!!!
Staff very polite and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I`ve slept in, almost as good as my own bed. Had an enjoyable stay.
A beautiful hotel and close to all the main tourist interests. Breakfast was lovely and the staff all very friendly.
Hotel was great, arrived 3 hours early and given a free upgrade to an apartment. Breakfast very good.
The hotel room excellent and the facilities were just right. Breakfast great too.
Lovely hotel. centrally located and within a couple of minutes of Borough market. Drinks in the bar are massively overpriced though £8 for a single gin (extra for tonic).
We stayed for three nights and overall were very pleased with the standard of accommodation . All staff were extremely attentive . Breakfast was buffet style with enough choice to suit all tastes . We`d recommend this location as its near the Shard , Borough mkt, South Bank . We will certainly stay here again .
This is a lovely hotel excellently situated for exploring London.
Nice room, not huge but big enough. Clean and nicely decorated. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
could not do enough for us, even gave my daughter drinks vouchers after she mention it was a birthday celebration
No faults, great hotel and staff
Staff attentive and dedicated to ensuring outstanding customer experience. Front of house team brilliant
Cannot fault the staff, or the hotels position for the tube, Shard and Borough Market really an ideal place to stay with easy access to mainline rail and underground and river travel Well worth considering for a stay in the capital.
Superb location for The Shard and the South Bank with the Klink museum, Shakespear`s Globe Theatre, Tate Modern and some fine restaurants and the Underground at London Bridge Station. Comfortable and clean rooms, great full English breakfast, helpful staff.
Lovely, clean-comfortable hotel in the heart of London, mind walk away from the Shard. Easy access to The South Bank inc London eye. Hotel is directly near the London Bridge train station/underground. Maid service daily, concierge, bar/restaurant attached - full English breakfast. Would definitely stay here again
