Our stay was excellent great staff and very helpfull would recommend to anyone will certainly stay again Thank you
Lovely room, but a little on the small side.
Rooms excellent. Staff excellent very polite and helpful. We only had one issue. They run out of bacon on the buffet breakfast. However, staff did try and rectify this however it was a bit late as we had eaten our breakfast. Would we stay there again. Most definately ( as long as you kept an eye on the bacon :-)
really enjoyed our stay ,breakfast was very good, staff helpful, building work outside didnt make our stay any less enjoable.
Excellent breakfasts and fine rooms. Bit tricky to find though!
Really nice hotel. Rooms very clean and was nice to have fresh towels every day! Food lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Only downside is the distance from the centre being an hours walk but trains, buses and taxis only around the corner. Would book to stay again, thank you x
Its a great place to stay, it offers easy access to the city, all the staff have been very nice & helpfully on the two occasion the my family & I have stayed their.
Have stayed at this hotel a number of times and always pleased with the result. However, noticed a few slight flaws on this occasion. The first rooms offered were tiny and had a wall directly across and blocking the window (even the receptionist apologised). We are convinced that this was because we booked through an outside agent and not direct (maybe trying to use up the worst rooms). Also little things like one small broken biscuit with the tea-making facilities is not what I hoped for in a four star hotel. Overall though still pretty good.
Excellent service in the bar and the dining room. Really good welcoming staff who obviously were passionate about what they do. Check in was average. Staff were very polite and efficient but if I were using one word I would say functional rather than passionate. Having lived in the London bridge area for 10 years it was good to be back and would certainly use this hotel again
Definitely recommend
nice clean and cosy room with a good breakfast
Second time here in past 3 month, this will be our first choice hotel for our london trips for the future.
A lot of building work around hotel but the back room we had was quite quiet
Very handy hotel, just across from the brilliant Borough Market. It is a really nice hotel with pleasant, approachable staff. Beds are really comfortable and the breakfast is good, will definitely be going back.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in - clean, smart and friendly and with smoked salmon included in the buffet breakfast there can be no complaints. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
As before, we find the London Bridge Hotel to be convenient, comfortable and very welcoming. The staff are always very helpful and the facilities very good especially since the new Bar/Lounge has been opened.
This time we were put in a 5th floor bedromm It was very small and not as nice as on our previous visits
Staff very professional, food hot and tasty and as much or as little as you want. Standard rooms compact, but perfectly clean, and comfortable bed. I would return but only when the building work outside has finished, I`m surprised they are allowed to work through the night.
Loved everything about the hotel. Food was great, staff very helpful and rooms clean and smart. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The only negative was the building work outside. Would recommend that you ask for a room round the back unless you are an early riser.
Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and well decorated. Downside was the window was so high up you couldn`t see out also alot of building work across the road which is quite noisy especially when they work through the night.
Small problem with room speedily rectified, noise from outside much quietier than excepted bearing in mind very close to railway station, breakfast excellent, very helpful staff, would most definately stay here again.
Hotel room was ok. Service excellent. We had to phone down twice and somebody came up to help almost straight away. Breakfast was very nice, good choice and very well cooked
Whilst we enjoyed a pleasant stay we found the Hotel Reception Area a little tired, where the current furnishings do not reflect the pictures in the Virtual Tour. The main area for concern is that we had requested a Non Smoking Room for our stay which on the day of our arrival (Thursday) was fine. However the quality of the Non Smoking accomodation is very much dependant on your neighbours. The reason being was that three of the four room around us were actually Smoking Rooms, therefore on Saturday night in particular our non smoking room seemed to be in the minority. The Hotel is however well placed to the Underground and suited our purposes.
The hotel was in a great location and the staff was excellent.
Set right beside the Shard building this hotel is great! My wife & I stayed for one night to go to the Tattoo Convention in Tobacco Dock and this couldn`t have been more perfect. The staff were very friendly and non judgemental about the amount of tattoos my wife & I have (in fact they were intrigued). we had a lovely room at the back of the hotel which was clean and very quiet with a great bed. Breakfast was included in our stay and again you couldn`t wish for more to set you up for the day ahead! We walked down by HMS Belfast & across Tower Bridge and enjoyed every minute. We would definitely come back again - in fact we will be coming back early next year without fail.. Cheers!!!!!!
The hotel was clean and inviting. Food was good, plenty to choose from when having breakfast. The room had everything you needed and was well furnished and decorated. The cleaner always got round to us at 11am+ which is ideal being a young couple. We like our lie ins on our weekend getaways.Good location for the tube and plenty of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. The only negative we would have to pick out is that the toilet is too close to the wall and you are nearly sitting on the toilet roll holder also the TV reception wasn`t at all great on some channels. Are we being picky?? We would definitely re visit this hotel on trips back to London. 8/10
excellent and polite service. beds were extremely comfortable and the room was lovely.
From check in to check out we couldnot fault the staff or the facilities at the hotel. On our next visit to London will not have to search for a hotel as will be returning to London Bridge.
We stayed at the Hotel for a visit to the palace and the location was excellent, really close to London Bridge train and tube. The Hotel is excellent value for money, room was very comfotable and clean.Staff were really friendly and helpful and bar prices were good £7.00 for 2 gin and tonics, I call that good value for London.only slight complaint was the bathroom was very small, having said that it was well appointed.
Very Comfortable room, efficient check in and helpful staff who looked after our luggage. Boro Market was great and proximity to London Bridge Station very handy for easy sightseeing. Despite extensive building work close by we had no problems with noise and my other half particularly recommends the scrambled egg at breakfast.
Faultless - apart from the usual high `London` prices and the terrible `London` tap water!!!.First class accomodation and facilities and superb personal service and attention to detail from the moment we checked in to the time that we checked out.
