Our room and bathroom were lovely, very clean and spacious. It would have been nice to have a window we could actually see through (room 810) but as we were only there overnight it wasn`t too terrible. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel in a great location staff were wonderful had a meal in the restaurant food was excellent nothing was too much trouble would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely polite and helpful especially the doorman. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend to all my friends.

The staff were attentive but discrete. The room was well equipped and clean. There were some issues with the room but they were more to do with the fact that the Hotel is showing its age. Breakfast was excellent a massive rage of choices. Something for everyone.

Friendly helpful staff and very comfortable room. Tiny negative: the lid of the teapot fell off or shut when filling with boiling water, it needs scrapping. We would not hesitate in booking again

Booked in advance for husbands birthday, when made booking specifically asked for a hotel that we can park as do not do underground and will be driving into london. Was stated £38 to park in car park near by or £50 for valet to take car. To which i agreed on the valet. Offered to pay but no you pay the valet when you get there. Two days before leaving had email confirmation about hotel etc, i rang the hotel to see if i needed to allocate car park space and was told no you can park in car park near by or pay valet £110 as you can imagine my horror... Obviously when booked 4 months ago it was spring? winter now the peak of summer more than double the price... Terrible really. Rooms clean bed comfortable. hotel situated in good area. Didn`t let it ruin our stay as booked theatre tickets so parked in local car park..

What can I say but great things about this hotel, again booked this for my mums 70th, from the moment they arrived to the moment they left, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were extremely polite, the room was spotlessly clean and tidy and they had an amazing time.

Lovely hotel, comfy rooms, everything u need, even thu we had an internal room with no view, it didn`t ditract from our stay. We had afternoon tea and really enjoyed it.

Overall rating is good but would have been excellent and this is due to being woken up by an unknown alarm (sounded like fire alarm) going off at just gone 6a.m on Saturday morning, the alarm startled me into jumping out of bed and this causeday me to tear the muscles in my neck which I have been in great pain with since and has ruined my weekend a fair bit , we never had an apology or an explanation for the alarm goin off which I feel was bad service from such a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. The rooms were beautiful and so was the hotel and the staff were fantastic and very welcoming and this it what makes it such a shame about the 1 very very bad point.

Breakfast was not incuded in our package, found choice combinations confusing, having to pay not only for what you ate but what you didn`t.

Room was excellent tele over bath! Bar lacked atmosphere but overall good stay. Great location for seeing the sights

Beautiful hotel, a bit deceiving as you expect to enter ge front of have building ??? Was upgraded on arrival, very spacious but I think it`s lost some of its old grandeur, as decor is quite modern. Breakfast was very good ;)

Although everything was good , the bathroom fittings were looking rather tired and require refurbishment

Paid a little bit extra and had a wonderful room looking at the river. Great choice for all theatres on the Strand

Someone else`s make up on towel. Fire alarm at midnight. No power from 6am-10am. Breakfast turned up at room late after being chased. No apology. Room not made up on Saturday evening. Good location, but as above service was way off being 5 star.

From the moment we arrived the staff instantly made you feel welcome and are very attentive to anything you require. So friendly and warm we didn`t want to leave defiantly coming back soon.... thankyou to all the staff who made are stay so special.
