Felt the acommodation did not live up to its expectations - the room was cold space cramped and not as the looked on the website. I t was expensive for the services available and the condition and decor of the rooms. I felt it needed some refurbishment. The accommodation was central which was its only plus. Very dissappointed with it as I had booked it as part of a special birthday treat.
Fantastic location right next to trafalgar square. The hotel was comfortable and had all the essentials required for a stay in the capital. Our room was a little tatty, needed a facelift, bathroom a bit antiquated however it was clean and the towel and sheets changed daily. Reception was quick however, would have liked a little more information i.e. there is currently 20% off the bill if you eat in the restaurant but there was no mention until we were paying our bill.
My wife missed a bath !!
Please email copy of invoice as receipt Thanks
Polite staff, room prepared well, excellent location (Easy to find). Definitely, Would use again.
Great hotel, comfy beds, prime location and very helpful staff made this a most enjoyable stay and hope to be back soon.
The Hotel was great, service was really good, they couldn`t do enough for us! Breakfast a rip off and poor quality. Tricked into spending more, by little things like providing toast but no butter/marmalade extra extra. £20/head just for continental, don`t do it!
we had a great stay at Club Quarters ,our room was perfect for our break , our room was also available early when we arrived we would definitely go back and stay there again if we get the chance also perfect position for walking around london
Hotel room was spotless. 5 min walk from London eye n big Ben very central location. Would highly recommend this hotel. It is also surrounded by many lovely restaurants.
No complaints at all - have stayed here several times, mainly for the location which us literally 100m from Trafalgar and 5 mins from Covent Garden, Westminster and the shows - just wish it we a bit cheaper and then we`d use more often, but in terms of London it`s what you`ll pay for this location and quality
I will go back I enjoyed the hotel and the attention to detail. We booked a small Double but found our room very generous with regard to size and facilities. The location is ideal for the theatres and most of London attractions. Chose the hotel from the Internet and found a gem.
reception very efficient helpful and friendly. Room more than expected, very clean and well furnished. Nice touch in all corridors, purified water stations with clear empty plastic bottles for filling to take out. Also guest cupboard fully stocked with toiletries, extra blankets etc. Even found hairdryer and a brolly in the room! Would definately recommend. Didnt eat in hotel but drinks prices not too bad for prime location just off Trafalgar Sq. Brilliant stay.
I would recommend this hotel to my friends and will stay there the next time I visit London
Excellent room and very friendly and helpfull staff
Wonderful location between the Embankment and the theatre land. Excellent value for the surroundings, quality of the meals and service generally. The Watatsumi restaurant is a must, if Sushi is your dish.
I liked the extras like the free chilled water and the ability to get more tea/coffee. Superb location for the theatres and travel.
I felt the staff were all very friendly and dealt with our requests efficiently. The room was very clean and well kept.
Staff very pleasant and efficient
Fantastic hotel BUT do not ask them to book a taxi for you. Ridiculously expensive.
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, we took our 20 month old baby with us, we couldnt have stayed in a better hotel, 1st class location in the heart of london, very friendly staff, Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone, including families with small children.
service was excellent, rooms compact but big enough, would stay there again
The full breakfast at £14.95 wasn`t worth the money. Scrambled eggs were the only eggs on the menu and these didn`t taste of egg. They were either powder egg or too much liquid was add to the eggs. Plus, for the price I would expect the eggs to be specially cooked for the guest and to be served at my table.
The Location was ideal close to Central London. The Reception area wasn`t the most inviting and the hotel staff took our bags and explained the room would not be ready until 3pm. I was then asked for a £50 Room Deposit which i was told was standard practice although the room had been booked and paid,so i thought this would be for a mini bar. We were allocated a room on the 8Th floor at the far end of the corridor next to the fire exit. Upon entering the room, i felt we had been short changed,as the room itself was a far cry from the rooms advertised. Small compact,a little room, with only had towels and no bath towels. The room had a view of roof tops and a back alley and during the course of the night the room was to warm, which didn`t give us much sleep. On leaving again the staff were not forthcoming in asking how our stay had been? **** I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL OR USE AGAIN *****
Very smart double room with everything you need for your stay, apart from robes. The air con in our room didn`t seem to work so resorted to keeping the window permanently open, Would be a serious problem in the summer. The small lifts were adequate however soon filled up during busy periods and we had to let a number go before we could get in one. Ground floor cocktail bar was closed off for a private party on Saturday night which was a shame because we fancied a nightcap when we came in from our evening out. Would definately stay again though.
Great location , can walk to most places . Hotel is sharp and spotless furnished to great standards I will definately stay there again . Excellent value for Tate and location.
Very good hotel.Very central to getting around London. Try and stay here when we are in London as it represents good value for money.
We attended new years eve so was guarenteed to be very busy. However the Staff were very freindly and helpful. The room we were given was clean and comfortable. It was classed as a small double but accomodated two adults very comfortably. The location was absolutley spot on for the hussle and bussel of central london and was perfect for new years eve as the embankment was a stone throw away.We would defiantly return to this hotel, highly recomended.
We really enjoyed are stay at the club trafalger sq on new year`s eve club room`s were a good size and the staff were very helpful.
Lovely room, although it was a smoking room which I probably should have asked to change rooms but otherwise fine.
No hot water on the Sunday morning which was not so pleasant but all good apart from that.
Would not hesitat to recommend this hotel for anyone spending a night or two in London. It was immaculately clean, great touches like free water and ice on every landing. Room facilites were of a very high standard. Staff were very polite and professional. Could not fault it.
Rooms a bit noisy in general. The works done on the rooms should be a bit more substantial. The impression is a bit too much of a "fabricmatic" approach and this doesn`t help to develop a kind of vacation feeling.. on top of this a sterile light system to welcome ye back `home` after a hard day strolling through London. Average rating due to cost/value balance.
