Only one issue the bar closed early on Sunday night, otherwise we had an fantastic time

We were happy with the hotel - the location is great, all the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The bar is very nice. The room was spacious with everything we expected at a good standard. The bed was comfortable. On the day our room was not serviced due to an oversight, the problem was solved very quickly after our call. Our only complaint is about the heat in the room. The air cooling system only seemed to blow warm or hot air even when set at the lowest temperature and the window could only be opened 10 cms . As a result we did not sleep as well as we hoped.

This was my second visit. My first visit was with a girl friend so I brought my husband and two of our friends this time who also thought it was excellent. One small disappointment was that we came in at 12.30 after eating at the OXO Tower to have a coffee and a whisky night cap but was told it was too late. Our friends thought that as it was the centre of London this was a bit unusual.

Just returned from London during which we spent 3 of the hottest days of the year, revelling in this hotel`s excellent air conditioning; AND the staff did`nt turn it off when we left the room as in other hotels. On each landing there are iced water units and free bottles to fill, also an ice-maker.I know I sound like a country bumpkin visiting the big city and marveling at all this but I`ve not come across this before, or a help yourself locker for guests to replenish their own toiletries and beveridges. Great bathroom/wetroom,a complimentary umbrella, which we considered using as a sun shade, and a comprehensive and not expensive menu of take away dishes, or should that be bring it in dishes at our disposal. Lots more of what I would call extras for a 4 star hotel, but have not been home long and am too tired to continue! Best hotel in the area of the square/Covent Garden and I have stayed in several over the last 2 years.

Really enjoyed our stay, room very clean and comfortable, staff very helpfull. Lovely breakfast. Small reception area. Great location, will return.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location.

As there was two of us sharing a twin, we could have done with four towels in the bathroom, as we both washed our hair. Staff were very friendly and when asked about the history of the place knew about it which was very good.

Location is excellent. Room very basic for a 4*, tiny bathroom with only a shower and tiny bath towels not much bigger than a bath towel! Comfy bed and room was clean though.

Straight out of the Hotel Front Door and you almost fall over Nelson`s Column.... All of the main sites are within a 10 minute walk. Room was larger than expected, the bed was really comfortable. Only one negative - there was no Vanity Mirror at the Desk I would very much recommend this Hotel, and we will stop here again next time we are in London.

Perfectly located for the theatre and London attractions, made even more so given the Duke of Edinburgh`s 90th celebrations that day. It was a birthday treat for my daughter and she had the time of her life.

I was very impressed with the hotel upon our arrival and was very surprised to be informed upon check-in that we had been upgraded, without request. I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again.

Room was very spacious, clean and quiet....Had a meal in Boyd`s restaurant within the hotel, the food was excellent and the staff were very polite & professional.....

\would not recommend bringing large suitacses or significant luggage.

Excellent location ,clean . Booked a double which was large and well equipped , and a Twin For the kids which was a little more dismal but only because it had no view. Would definately stay there again

NICE ROOM BAR A BIT PRICEY AND THE BAR STAFF WERE NOT VERY FRIENDLY NAVE STAYED HEAR BEFORE WOULD RECOMMEND FOR A LONG WEEKEND STAY

Reception was a little off-hand and the method for using the lift (using the key card) was not explained. Perhaps we`re just dumb. The room was of a good size and was clean. Bed was comfortable and temperature control worked. Bath towels were on the small side and there were only two packets of tea provided. We didn`t use any of the bar or dining facilities. Location was great, very conveniently situated. Would stay here again.

Clean, good sized room, very small ensuite but fine for our 1 night stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for West End. Would definitely stay again.

The staff are very professional, well trained and accomodating. The facilities and fittings are all you would expect from a modern day city centre hotel. A convenient little touch was the customer cupboard next to the lift on each floor. This contained extra pillows and blankets ironing boards and irons and extras for the tea and coffee making facilities, very thoughtful. Needless to say the location is superb for what the majority of the world considers to be London. Westminster City, Nelsons Column is almost on your doorstep Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Pallace the River Thames the theatre district and the London Eye ( if you must, what a blot-but it does serve a purpose. ) are all within minutes on foot. Superb !

Trafalgar Square Club Quarters Hotel is a spotless, comfortable hotel in the heart of London, within easy reach of most of the tourist hot-spots and theatres. Recommended for both business and pleasure. Not overpriced for the position and quality of the accommodation. Willl recommend to anybody looking for overnight accommodation in London.

unfortunately only two sachets of milk left per day yet severall sachets of tea and coffee the facecloths were taken on the first day and not replaced and the lady serving in the bar insisted i go back to my room to get the card which said with a glass of pink champagne we could have a salmon apetizer as a gift as she didnt know what i was talking about this i did and went back to the bar to be served by a very nice man who did not question it and served us and made us feel very welcome watched by the lady who had made me feel very uncomfortable however the hotel was very lovely and the remainder of the staff very obliging and i would stay again yours sincerely lynda edwards

lovely hotel very clean, service was brilliant also very near to theatre. would without a doubt recomend hotel to friends and family and will certainly book again !

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable room even though a bit tight on the sachets of milk in the room (and where were the biscuits?). So many places to eat in central London that didn`t eat in the hotel. Only downside was lack of car parking facilities at the hotel and £40 per night in the local car park was a bit steep.
