Very nice, helpful staff and really comfortable. The jacuzzi and spa etc was all really nice. The taps/plumbing in the bedroom was noisy but that is the only slight criticism and in no way was it an issue. Really good value for money.

After reading the reviews I was a bit concerned But After stopping for two nights we had a nice time Comments that the lift was too small well it was small but plenty big enought for two of us and our cases Also comments the room was small yes it`s not the biggest I have stayed in but also not the smallest Only grumble I would have with the room is my wife had no where to hang a long dress Staff were pleasant all the time and helpfull We reported a blocked wc and by the time we had breakfast it was sorted Overall it was cheaper than other hotels And we slept there and had breakfast You pay for what you get The hotel does look a bit tired in parts in need of a bit of TLC Other than that we had a nice time We would go back and stay again

I booked on line a non refundable room . We booked in for 5 nights . It is rated 4 star & in my opinion is less than one star . Front desk female staff cold , disinterested & rude . Obviously customer service is not their first priority . Smoke detectors went off twice in one day due to people smoking in rooms . Woken twice . Carpets old and stained . Bed the worst we have ever slept in . Sagged in middle , pillows flat . On positive side shower good . This is the first report we have ever written after staying in hotels all over the world on business . Both my husband & I feel so strongly about the conditions that prompted us to write this review . On returning to London we are staying across the road at the Travelodge Houslow ( I`ve checked out rooms ) for a 3rd of the price . They are 2 star & there is now comparison !

Had a very nice stay used the sauna, steamroom. Slept very well, and the lady on the desk was very sexy and even took a photo of me and my friend. Would stay again.

Tremendous swimming pool and gym. Great to have reliable, free wifi and the hotel is close to tube. Rooms fine and presentable. Breakfast expensive though.

Although the staff were very helpful, the air conditioning was not working in a number of rooms on the 2nd floor. A Fan was provided and 10% discount offered on food

First of all, when I first booked the hotel I was worried due to the other reviews, and regretted booking BUT once arriving there I was happy. The hotel isn`t perfect, muddy hallways and cracked tiles. Marks on the floor and on the wall and other small imperfections. The bed itself is clean and comfy, not too fluffy and not too hot. Air conditioning, TV, tea and coffee. Double glazing windows so you cant hear the planes passing ever minute. Everything`s perfect if you plan on spending most of the day outside the hotel. 15 minute tube rude into the city (Hammermsmith) and £8 per person for a day ticket allowing you to go anywhere. Overall a positive experience.

Great location and good value. Very comfortable beds and temperature easily controlled. Continental breakfast could have done with a little more oomph but ... still ok. Very helpful, friendly service, too.

Had a really nice time hotel room was really nice and the people very helpful. The food and drink was well over priced and they were doing work to the swimming pool during the day when probably been best a night job when people where asleep and not using the pool. But other then that was really nice and will surely be using the place again;-)

Would only comment that windows being large and overlooked by offices at rear need either voiles or blinds - otherwise curtains have to be closed for privacy.

To begin with when arriving at the hotel the secure car park that they assured us over the phone when confirming our booking they had was far from that! Being able to see several homeless men pitched up right next to where we were ment to leave our car for several days was an unbelievable sight! Next the room itself was a let down in its own right. For the amount of money i had paid, I don`t expect the tv to break mid-use after being there 10minutes, the fixturings in the bathroom to fall off in my hand & for the toilet not to flush! This disappointed me! Otherwise apart from those faults, our stay was peaceful & satisfactory. One thing you should take from this feedback is to extend & secure your hotel car park & make sure your fixturings do not fall off your walls.

We had room 415 the carpet was old and stained and there was a cracked pane of glass in the window Location was good.

very useful hotel for london stay, easy to find, good secure parking, nice friendly staff. Late check in no problem and much appreciated, good size room with excellent shower and free wi-fi, very clean and comfortable plus bed was huge :) very close to tube station on picadilly line so no problem with access to and from london central at any time. Only downside was could hear music from gym ( which you have free access to) from 9am until 9pm, not a problem if you out all day, but is if you want to sleep in, but again its only a small complaint, and rest of hotel plus`s easily outweigh this small thing. Would certainly recommend this hotel and on next visit to UK will be staying here again so we can enjoy a long weekend in London before returning abroad

Overall no different to the average. Did not like having to psy £15 to park the car in hotel car park but it is in T&C`s!!! Rooms comfortable and having air conditioning was most wrlcome. Breakfast in the morning a bit chaotic. Could not cope with the numbers. Had to keep asking for more juice; cereal dishes; plates; hot water for tea (came back luke warm); . All staowever very friendly & helpful

Stay spoiled by the lack of a functioning air conditioning system. The filter in our room needed changing and squealed constantly despite the fact that we reported it and the air conditioning engineers were on site. We gave up asking for it to be fixed when we realised that there seemed to be major air con problems elsewhere in the hotel.The weather was extremely hot and the hotel has no opening windows. Staff were extremely pleasant, food excellent.

The Continental was great. I got my room at a good price, it was very clean, food tasted good, located nice and close to the train line making it very easy to get to Heathow.

This hotel looks better in the photos. I wish I had chosen another or even a budget hotel but I did sleep fine. It needs serious upgrading and I was unfortunate enough to arrive on the day with the rude female front desk staff. The other staff seems friendly enough.

My family and I would recommend your hotel to anyone. We enjoyed the location, amenities, and the restaurant. Most of all was the friendly and helpful attitude of the entire staff. That`s what really made the difference. Thank you.

I only booked at this hotel as it was supposed to be disabled friendly. Hmmmm My list of complaints are thus. 1.I booked a disabled room and rang twice to confirm they knew this but I got a standard Room. 2. I couldnt get my wheel chair in and out of the bathroom easily. 3. I had no way of using the shower as there was no shower seat. 4. They had shag pile rugs on the floor so I couldnt push myself around the room. Now comes the best part. I went to the lobby asked the hotel to book me a taxi to twickenham. They could see that I was in a wheel chair, but they didnt get me a wheelchair accessable vehicle. Two men actually lifted me from my wheelchair and haulled me in sideways onto the backseat. When I got to the venue, I fell out of the taxi and needed to be lifted by 3 St Johns ambulance men back into my chair. Never never never never would I recommend this hotel or visit it again

I can`t say enough good things about this hotel. They extended my stay a night when another hotel let me down last minute. The room was gorgeous, spacious, clean, secure, large windows, great walk in shower, gym, spa (though fully booked unfortunately) and pancakes for breakfast were just the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay here next time I`m in London.

Great stay , defiantly worth the money. Clean room. Reception are very helpful aswell. Tube station about a minute walk from hotel aswell which is really handy. Would defiantly stay again.

Only stayed one night and spent very little time in there. The car park was very small and struggled to get a space not too bad because didn`t need to move car but can imagine would have been frustrating if paid and had to move and unable to get back in. Staff helpful and hotel clean although in need of some TLC some cracks in plaster and loose edging on stairs etc. 2 minutes walk to Hounslow Central station overall OK

My wife and I came up to London to see a show and needed an hotel near the tube network. The Continental is a 2 minute walk from Hounslow Central and offers modern good quality accommodation at a bargain price. The included continental breakfast was fresh and tasty and my upgrade to full English for just £4 extra was well worth the money. The bed was quite comfortable and despite being on Heathrow`s flight path it was extremely quiet. The staff were all very pleasant and attentive and we felt they cared about doing a good job. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Parking is limited but we had no problem getting a space at check in 2pm, soon filled up though. We found all the staff very polite friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well fitted, could have been bigger, bath and shower were very good. Breakfast was nice and the service again good, the free access to the leisure club is a nice bonus, we used the pool and sauna. The lift is small, max 3 people, but with only around 60 rooms it never became an issue. We used the hotel as a base to explore central London, the tube is a one minute walk. We will definately have this hotel as our first choice for our next trip.

This is an ideal location for quick access to Central London and provides a welcoming atmosphere and great facilities for a quiet rest. The hotel restaurant enjoys a consistently high standard of cuisine and service is friendly and efficient. Overall very good value for money..

Very clean hotel in excellent location, minutes from Hounslow Central Tube Station, staff very accommodating and pleasant, Room facilities very good, very clean and very well sound proofed if you are worried about being on the Heathrow flight path. Read some negatives on trip advisor all unfounded in my opinion.

Clean, affordable( for London ), close to transportation, excellent staff and service. Please be advised that hard to find in dark as no street level illumination (look for Golds Gym and you`re in the right place). Also available is a complimentary packed lunch ( sandwich, yogurt, fruit ) if have to leave prior to opening of continental breakfast service. Requires informing staff at front desk the previous evening. Did not find mention of this option in any room literature ( indeed found out by chance when informed desk that we would not be partaking of the breakfast ). Pleasant and comfortable with complimentary room amenities ( kettle, hot chocolate, shortbread ). As well a lap top sized safe available in room. Would definitely recommend.

Our room was pleasing on the eye but at closer inspection our Tap was hanging off, There was debris under the bed from previous guests and the room was very small. Could have been better

Very friendly staff, excellent links into central London, car park available, Room is adequate and clean but nothing special. fantastic gym and swimming pool only downside was that there is no opening windows for fresh air in the bedroom but there is air conditioning. Found a good price online so was pleased but the room itself is no different to any budget hotel.

Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly helpful staff, just what we needed! Also use of the gym, sauna and steam room with Gold`s Gym, very relaxing ð???

Car park cost of £15 is outrageous , had to move car and park on the street for free

Very friendly staff, really really good food, although could not see why they split the types of breakfast service (a bit confusing). Nice room, lovely pool and hot tub. Only improvements I would say is the toilet flush in room was close on useless, and the room would benefit on having a window that opened (but was not stuffy).

Definitely a comfortable and convenient hotel for an early flight from Heathrow
