The hotel was easy to get to as not to far into London and the tube was a stone throw away making traveling a doddle. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, giving my partner and I a enjoyable stay. The room was clean an tidy and the gym facility`s were massive. The tube took about 30 mins to picadilly circus. Would definitely stay here again if we were going to London.

Night reception staff pleasant; bed comfortable, breakfast perfect with helpful waiters. Carpet in the lift and most common areas dirty. No lights on 4th floor between Rooms 404 to 414. Had to return to reception so Duty Manager used mobile light to find room number hence I did not bother to go to the restaurant for dinner as planned. Bedroom big but fridge was empty so room smelt damp. Large shower however floor throughout had brown rusty marks in the crevices which looked unpleasant. Wash basin metal stopper had no lever to let out the water so had to brush teeth in the shower etc. It was suggested the next day that a pen could be used to lift it out. Hot towel rail did not work - a pity as it was cold and raining. The lift accommodates only 3 people; stops on every floor up/down so waited a long time. I would definitely stay for 1 night again but disappointed as it did not meet the criteria of a 4* hotel.

I stayed in the continental Hotel over the weekend. First reception was very good. Nice and pleasant staff . Food was okay. Rooms was clean and nice. Only thing that was wrong that the room was cold told receiption and they assured that it was on . Still freezing maybe on the second night a heater appeared on the hallway . Which I put on still cold. In general yeah good. Only take electric blankets. Tony

This is an excellent hotel , very good and reliable service with additional facilities ie pool and gym. Located in a quiet area conveniently close to Heathrow Airport and a 3 min walk from Picadilly line. Will stay there next time too.

Lovely room with nice roomy shower. Found it a bit warm even after turning down the heating - suppose I would prefer to be hot than cold! Remote control for tv was very tempremental which was annoying.

We only stayed one night but the room was very comfortable, and we also had a very good meal in the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel situated perfectly for visiting central London. The hotels restaurant was a bit pricy bit the food was good quality. The only downside was that there was no bread offered with the continental breakfast, if you wanted toast you had to ask the waiter who dissapeared for 5 mins to get you some. Easy solution supply bread on the buffett and a toaster. Overall the hotel was worth the price thank you .

I booked via the Internet and thought I was getting a good deal, but when I arrived I was asked to pay £15 for parking which wasn`t clear when booking. On arrival it took 50 minutes to check in, and 30 minutes on checkout presenting me with the wrong charge for b&b and elling me not too worry they would amend it afterwards, I had no faith in this as the whole admin process checking in and out was a nightmare. Because of the delay checking in I ended up 30 minutes late for my show. A disappointing experience

The continental hotel appeared very nice and modern on first look but then after looking closely we found problems, for example in our room there were cracks in the bathroom tiles, what appeared to be mould above the window, the shower door would not shut and there was a big dent in the laminate. We were told on arrival by a trainee that our payment had been declined, after we mentioned several times that we had not received any information about this, a senior member or staff checked and he had got it wrong, we understand that everyone makes mistakes when learning but this was unacceptable, he should have had more training. The manager however was very apologetic and made sure the rest of our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Everything else about our stay was very nice, the staff are friendly and the restaurant is reasonably priced.

Booked into this hotel for a weekend trip to London. Friendly staff, clean rooms, wonderful sound-proofing ( hotel is not too far from Heathrow Airport, and on a fairly busy road) - couldnt hear any noise. And free wifi. And a brilliant shower.

we enjoyed our stay, it was a lovely hotel with polite and helpful staff. we only had 3 little comments at the end of our stay, the toilet didn`t really flush that brilliantly, there was some chocolate ground into the carpet when we moved a chair and a spotlight fitting surround that was sat on the back shelf of the toilet, which I placed prominently on the basin edge but which had returned to the back shelf after the cleaners had been, instead of being sorted!! we didn`t report these small problems straight away as they didn`t really bother us.The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were lovely as was the restaurant area for breakfast.

Very courteous and polite staff, clean tidy room with a comfortable bed. The leisure facilities, pool jacuzzi and sauna exceeded expectations. Little biscuits and wine glasses in the rooms a nice touch and plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The tube into London or Heathrow 200 metres away. Excellent hotel. Thank you. Very good stay and will come here again.

This hotel is very close to Houslow Central station, only 1 minute walk and we stay byed the small road side and it`s very quiet. Anyhow, the front door has about 1"- 2" gap so noise from the corridor could enter the room but that`s the only negative issue when we were here.

I must say the personal of this hotel are very professional and I`m more than satisfied with the way they handle my complain.the hotel facility is acceptable but I would advice the supervisor need to do more in making sure the level of cleaning is standard .

Good value for money especially in London. Area it`s based in not brilliant, not a lot of alternative venues to eat. Room ok little bits needing attention for example floor needs to be finished fittings not correctly fitted etc small details to attention letting it down.

A pleasure to stay here, and very close to the tube, just sorry it was for just one night. Highly recommended, staff could not do enough to help. Room well furnished, clean, and location very good for onward travel to central London. More than happy to stay here again.

We stayed for only one night. Parked our car in the Hotel car park. The underground to Earls Court took us about 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly except for the girl in charge of breakfast. We arrived just before 10 am and the only thing she could tell us was that we had 5 minutes left before the buffet was emptied. We had a very nice room, the only thing we missed was lighting next to the bed.

Souleless rooms but clean good bathroom good shower...very small room..... Should not have to pay for car in car park as not secure..

Rooms clean with good bed. Slightly musty smell in bathroom. Worst was the air con which is very noisy and must be used as no other way of ventilating the room. A couple of bulbs inop and the TV remote broken. Breakfast good if you take the full English option.

Excellent food and restaurant staff couldn`t fault! Reception weren`t very welcoming. Room wasn`t bad. Air con made up for fact couldn`t open the window.

The hotel is modern and very well equipped. It`s a little further outside the city than we`d usually like but it`s only around the corner from the tube station and a 40 minute journey into zone 1. The staff can`t do enough to help. Will definitely use this hotel again.

A well located hotel, close to Houslow Central Underground station. Well priced, comfortable and a pleasant environment. Good value, especially for the London area.

Hotel was good as a base for visiting London

This is far from a 4* star hotel - my one bit of advice is to read the bad reviews and believe them. People have made them in their own time not for their own fun but to help and warn others. Wish I had done the same.....

we received a warm welcome,room was clean,smart,a little space was lacking though,not much room with the big bed,also a window that opens should be looked at,other than that we had a great time.

staff was very friendly and helpful,overall service and food was very good in the hotel
