hotel service good excellent breakfast and super italian restaurant to eat at night.
Great hotel, lovely staff, and the executive double double was great with a good view. Great location near the London Eye and near Waterloo station.
Bed bad - not suitable quality for a hotel of its level. The restaurant facility of laughable for the capacity of the hotel - I have never been to a hotel with such disproportianate facilities.
The park plaza county hall was fabulous, friendly staff, clean, room was lovely spacious and clean. The concierge staff were most friendly and helpful, food was lovely. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody wishing to stay there.
We had a bonus of being upgraded to a suite room and as this trip was for my daughter`s 18th it made the experience more special. Staff, room, food etc were excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel. Brilliant! x
This hotel is in a great location right next to Waterloo and on Westminster bridge for easy walking to theatres and the usual sight seeing. The hotel and theatre package was brilliant value for money. The hotel is lovely , very clean and modern and we were given a lovely studio room, the breakfast was super and the only let down was a slightly lumpy mattress however we would definitely use this theatre package deal again as we were very impressed .
We were met at the door by a very pleasant and professional member of staff, the booking process was exceptional and we did opt for the junior suite upgrade. The room turned out to be clean and delightfully laid out. All of the staff were helpful and we cannot express enough our thanks to all concerned
Parking available next door for £20 for 24 hrs which i thought was good value. Checked in early and this was not a problem. Was offered a Junior Suite for an extra £30 which we took. Suite was on the 13th floor and was wonderful with an ok view. Location is perfect next to the London Eye and 1 mile from most of the sights. Continental breakfast was included but we took the option of upgrading to Full English Breakfast for £3.50. Very nice but does get busy and you may have to wait to be seated but we were told this at check in. Great Hotel, Very helpful staff and a great location.
Staff were brilliant, hotel was spotless. My daughter spilt a drink whilst sitting on folded up sofa bed. Resulted in drink running down and onto the mattress. Contacted reception who sent housekeeping up. Even though it was only the mattress cover which needed changing the whole thing was replaced and some one sent to make the sofa into a bed for the girls. Really made to feel that nothing was too much trouble and children were more than welcome, with staff going out of their way to chat to them. Planning next London trip and intend to stay here again.
convenient, friendly and attentive staff, clean. Good breakfast. Recommended
Great location. Beautiful room, clean, good size etc. Food nice too.
The Hotel staff were attentive and very polite, however slightly dissapointed with the size of the room although clean and comfortable. The shower was very weak and the shower screen was ill fitting, but it did it`s job. Breakfast was very nice, however quite a queue to get in but understand it was very busy. Overall very happy with our stay
Nr to Waterloo tube station and 5 min walk to London Eye which was ideal.
I could quite easily move in here! It`s a lovely hotel and wouldn`t think Twice about staying here again
are room was over the kitchen which was busy so not a good night sleep and also right by the lifts but room was nice clean and the staff was very nice and friendly
Clean, attentive staff, great upgrade, very comfortable
From the warm welcome by Roxandra at reception to the friendly come back soon from doorman Jason, the Park Plaza County Hall ticks every box, lovely room, very enjoyable experience I would highly recommend this hotel and can guarantee a return visit in the very near future thank you everyone at Park Plaza for your fantastic hospitality
Staff very polite and helpful. room comfortsable and well equiped.
The room was lovely and all facilities of a great standard. Only downside was the queue for a table for breakfast so we didnt wait and went elsewhere!
Very nice hotel. Location is great. 5mins walk is London Eye, Big Ben, Parliment & WestMinster abbey. Food lovely too` only downfall was restaurant very very small in comparison which how big hotel was so if your not at breakfast before 8 expect to que. And then eat feeling quilty for poor people in the que.
There are not enough tables for the number of guests. The 1st morning we were taken to the executive lounge although much quieter we did have to make do with sitting on sofas, the 2nd morning we waited 45 minutes for a table despite numerous guests leaving the queue and going elsewhere.
The hotel itself was fine, although we did encounter alot of noise from 5.45 am due to people in the above rooms showering. The sound of the water draining away was very loud.we were in room 420.
Excellent location for a tourist couple of days. reception staff, polite, friendly and efficient, even with a lot of people checking in. One minor gripe, one of our rooms was not ready at 2pm, however ready in 30 mins. Rooms modern, and comfortable beds. nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, very friendly cleaners. breakfast time was vert busy, serving 800 guests in half term week, but very short wait at 9a. Staff went out of their wat to ensure everything went smoothly , well done. great hotel, i will use again.
lovely hotel apart from the view. when we booked it said we were looking over the london eye. it was the worst view ive ever had.
Lovely hotel, upgraded, friendly staff, clean, comfortable.........will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in central London.
This us definately the poor sister to the Park Plaza Hotel. After complaining about an hour and a half wait to check in we were given an upgrade even though we were initially told there weren`t any. Room. was amazing but room service on Sunday morning atrocious. Drinks over £2 more expensive than bigger hotel.
Clean and eye catching interior decor Alicia was a delight when checking in and was polite, considerate and helpful beyond expectations
lovely hotel very friendly staff superb breakfast lovely room would stay there again
Best hotel in London to date. Well appointed rooms with great view of the Shard, Eye and parliament. The location is ideal for sight seeing and easy to walk to theatres etc if you can be bothered
The hotel was wonderful. Our 6 year old daughter was given a wonderful goodie bag on arrive which she loved. Our room was really lovely. It was great that our daughter had her own section of the room. The room was really clean, tidy & had everything & more that we expected. The restaurant gave amazing service & the food was delicious & very reasonably priced. We hope to return again one day. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The room was very clean, the only problems we had was the shower, the floor was soaked every time we used it, and the bar prices were very expensive, we like to go back to the hotel and have a couple of drinks before we go to bed, we ordered two "single" vodka`s with lemonade and was charged £17.44
