Has to swap room on arrival , disgusting !!! Second room not much better , never stay here again

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Very comfortable bed & beding, towels etc..just really small room..no space to move around..

Small rooms but clean and adequate for a few nights stay. Good choice of breakfast to suit all tastes.

Hotel was clean and tidy, not what i had read in the reviews. Our room was on the fourth floor and the lift only went to the third floor. Not easy getting bags up a narrow staircase. Bathroom was clean, good powerfull shower. Beds were comfy but cheap and wobbley and the room was far to warm, even with the radiator of and the window open, still to warm. Room was also tidied daily. All sftaff were friendly.

Ok to just sleep in and was clean, but quite small room and breakfast was just toast or cereal or meats and cheeses. Staff were really friendly and helpful though

Staff lovely, room very small and cramped, dingy looking, no hairdryer. Continental breakfast poor. Good location with regard to accessing central London.

As a single traveller I`m used to small rooms and this was small! What I do require is cleanliness, hot water, and the means to get the room warm. The plus side was the linen and towels were clean but the downside was that the en-suite had rusty, discoloured shower, taps and towel rail holder, and when I first arrived there was no hot water. Later in the evening the water did heat up and was hot when I had a shower in the morning, but was cold once again when I wanted to wash my hands before I left. While the rest of the hotel was nice and warm my room had no heating apart from a small electric radiator stuffed in a cupboard behind a chair. I won`t be going back.

I was in `twin` room on my own - it felt quite tight and I think would have been very difficult with two people.

For the price this hotel provided everything we needed and more.

Very nice hotel, clean good size room (the shower broke in the morning and wouldn`t turn off, but they sent maintenance straight away and fixed it) 5 minute walk to the tube, would stay again.

This hotel is a perfect location to get around London with the tube station 2 minutes away. The room was very clean and towels bedding were changed daily rooms were on the small side but hay who goes to London to sit in a hotel room. There was only one thing really complain about and that was the dreadful smell that lingered in the room the bathrooms have problems with the plumbing this horrible smell which was enough to turn you stomach which after two days discovered it was coming through the plug hole in the shower, apparently it is a big problem in this hotel how ever the staff covered it with a pilar case and the smell went away such a shame would of rated this hotel excellent

Rooms are tiny... shoebox! But, clean, quiet and comfortable. Would not stay longer than 2 - 3 days.. so great for quick visits and very close to shops, station and busses... ideal for the tourist on a budget!

This hotel was very tired , in need of decorating , we stayed on the top floor , the lift only went so far up . The room was so hot and uncomfortable, staff weren`t very happy .
