Hotel was lovely and staff were very accomodating. Ordered room service lunchtime and could not eat it all, actually folded leftover up and put aside for later, but housekeeping STILl took away, so you could say they did their job well, but at £18.00 for a sandwich and a coffee, which i was saving for the evening, I was not happy. Also it was very dry. I didnt expect my money back, but mentioned it. And the only staff member to be rude was the service manager of an evening. expect wonderfull attitudes from everyone else. I would stay again, but not eat.

A weekend treat in London; the Mint Westminster is in an excellent location a few minutes walk from the embankment and all that has to offer but in a fairly quiet location. A very friendly welcome, comfortable, well equipped rooms with very useful computer for guest use. Continental breakfast, not usually my choice, but there was lots to choose from and particularly enjoyed the Moroccan spiced fruit. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had 2 nights at the Mint April 14/15 2011 and found it very convenient for tour bus and walking and the service was excellent.

Price was much better than anticipated for Westminster, London. 5 minutes walk from the tube, half an hour from Waterloo and we could virtually touch Big Ben! Staff could not be more helpful. Ambience was contemporary. Rooms were unusually well insulated so noise disturbance was not a problem. Imac computer in the room which was amazing and every extra necessary was provided... although mini bar was expensive! Continental breakfast included in my package which was superb... everything fresh and constantly replenished... Will definately be booking again!!!!

comfortable bed, friendly staff...good food, good service. only down side was trying to get a taxi outside...a bit off the beaten track.... but eventually one arrived.

Outstanding. Fantastic accommodation. Helpful staff (Nina on the front desk was brilliant). And loved the iMac in the room! Only slight disappointment was not all the whiskies were in the bar on the "Flights" menu. A minor point. Breakfast (continental) really good. A most pleasant stay. I WILL recmmend to friends.

Very friendly staff (better than the Ritz for customer rapport), great service (towels renewed daily even when not requested), relaxed, helpful, professional and a nice quiet location.

Great location and extremely helpful staff who responded flexibly to our needs. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The rating would have been excellent were it not for the size of the room - very small for a twin.

Only one minor point - the bathroom was very small

My only disapointment was that we asked for a high level floor so we could have a decent view. Instead we got a room on the fifth floor with a view of a grey wall. The room had no bath either only a shower. Continental breakfast was brilliant as were the staff. Very attentive. Hotel location was good but not excellent. Probably a twenty minute walk to the main attractions. Hotel itself was very modern, clean and trendy. I think I was expecting slightly more after reading some other reviews so slightly disapointed but over all - Good

This hotel never lets itself down

lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable , and friendly welcoming staff. Continental breakfast excellent. only negative comment is it`s a 10-15 minute walk to Westminster tube, but through a lovely area.

We stayed last night and drove as the hotel has it own car park ( £20) but parked on the street as it was a weekend.We found the staff very polite and willing to assist. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the Mac computer in the room doubles as a dvd player, radio and tv and is free to use the internet. The food in the resturant is excellent and we would use again.

Staff couldn`t do enough for us. A German girl on reception gave some of the best service I have ever received in my life. Thanks

Overall a good hotel. Reception staff excellent, breakfast good and friendly although some care should be taken so as to make it a little less of a `training ground` experience almost feeling part of the onthe spot feedback while trying to relax. Minor points and food and service good. Small beds and very uncomfortable pillows did detract from a good night sleep . Room fine but better for single business stay

Rooms,lounges, dining areas very modern with upto date facilities Wifi etc. Very attentive staff on arrival and departure. A definite hotel to re-visit when next in London.

I run a cleaning business and am very fussy when it comes to cleaning but this hotel was top notch. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were great. Rooms also have a Mac which guests can use for internet access. Also used the Fitness Centre, which again was spotless, clean towels were provided. Very happy with the service, staff were helpful, and the food was excellent. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and we enjoyed our stay here. Location is also convenient, even though you can use Pimlico Underground station,Victoria station is only 20 minutes walk away.

Hotel was lovely was easily swapped rooms to accomodate for my smoking Husband! Really good value for money.

We would definitely recommend this hotel for a city break. the Staff were friendly, eager to help and advise and very professional. The food in the restaurant is excellent and there is a lovely atmosphere there.
