Very small room. And a very poor breakfast.

I was contacted on my day of departure as the hotel had developed problems with hot water transferred to sister hotel Blandford which was very good, rooms a bit small but had everything required. Good aircon / heating plenty of hot water with powerful shower. Staff were excellent and the hotel in a very good location would stay again.

No hot water therefore no shower , shaving in cold water, no heating guests sat in coats for breakfast .poor flush system in wc

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were polite, efficient and helpful. Tube stations nearby with easy access to main attractions. Would visit again

Single occupancy of a small double room - space would have been tight if I was sharing, but fine for my requirements. Comfy bed and spotlessly clean shower room. Tea and coffee provided (hidden in desk drawer), good breakfast, friendly staff. Hotel reserves timed slots for breakfast to stagger demand; this seems to work well.

We were made very welcome by the receptionist nothing was too much trouble. The room was very pleasant and spotlessly clean with comfy beds and great pillows. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and the tube station is just a couple of minutes walk. We will definitely be returning

I think the Hotel is adequate for an overnight stay, as mentioned above access around a double bed was poor. Would like to see a more modern TV, well at least one that worked.

On arrival to the Byron Hotel an instant warm welcome was given from the hotel manager, Rayi Dasondi. The reason for our visit was to celebrate my moms 60th Birthday. This was made extra special by kind gestures made by Rayi, he is an asset to the business and for that reason, should I wish to book further theatre breaks I will definatley be booking the Byron Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was efficient , fulfilling and relaxed. A perfect way to end our stay.

Very welcoming. Room good although a little hot.

The place is clean but no milk for tea or coffee. We shouldn`t have to ask, it should be there but slept well.

Not enough staff to cover 24hour bar.insufficient stock in bar.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Hotel just around corner from tube station & bus routes for easy access to London attractions. Rooms had everything we needed, but were a little too warm (even with windows open).

Ideal basic hotel for a few days break in London

We`ve stayed at the Byron Hotel before and find it excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, hot water, tea and coffee making facilities, good continental breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. Would certainly stay there again.

Good hotel, friendly and polite staff. Minor maintenance problems: light in bathroom. fault reported and fixed quickly, but then went again and could not be bothered reporting in again. Smell in bathroom: old hotel and they seem to have a problem with drains (not reported as short stay, and they must be aware of problem.

Was a bit far from theatre but that was our error. Nice clean hotel basic but comfortable, room pleasant clean and fresh. Friendly staff, would have apreciated kettle in room and a box of tissues

Ideal location for all bus routes and attractions. Hotel clean and comfortable. Bath and shower which was great, beds made everyday and fresh towels, breakfast was lovely and staff very attentive, tea and toast plentiful we will certainly come back here on on next visit to London. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

For our trip the hotel was fine. A bed and breakfast in good location to access central London.

First impressions are ok ,nice street . Reception was tidy and the guy was pleasant. Goes downhill from there , we are put on LG floor,along with where the cleaners have their storage/ work room. Room has a strong damp smell throughout, the beds are clean and tidy . Weird dirty damp courtyard thing outside the window . Bathroom is tiny, the shower would only fit someone 4ft. Disgusting shower curtain that sticks to you.Tiles are broken &mouldy. Shower leaked, didn`t drain properly so water flooded everywhere.Towels are clean , needed 4 to mop up the flood .I liked being close to the tube station, ... but I don`t want to hear them ,also don`t want to hear the cleaners at 6 am banging about . I had to unplug the phone as it kept ringing randomly waking us all up .Damp smell persistent through the night making our chests sore . Contential Breakfast was cheap budget food.Disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone ever ! And certainly won`t be back .

This hotel is located in a good area right next to Hyde park, the bayswater road leads straight down to Oxford street, a 94 bus and 148 bus goes from a few yards from the hotel, if you`re retired you can use your bus pass all around the city x

Noisy from 6.30 due to store room next door. Basic crowded breakfast tasty room.shower leaking everywhere.basin no pressure control soaks your clothes.avoid at all cost

Well situated for travelling in London. Good breakfast though would prefer cooked options included

Hotel was good. I stated in my email the two things that were not good, and a bit dangerous for us. Shower cubilcle could be a bit cleaner - by that I mean the damp fungus mold around the shower door.

Stayed for just one night, very central to everything. What was nice was to see that you weren`t being ripped off for water or soft drinks at only £1 each. Very clean and good value
