Bedroom was very small although location for reason of stay was the main reason for choice. Air conditioning was ineffective as room was extremely warm. Bed was not the most comfortable either. Nice continental breakfast though.

The only thing wrong was the toilet didn`t flush paper away x

Clean enough, no coffee in room, sink didn`t drain, toilet didn`t flush and shower head broken. No decaf coffee or non dairy milk. Should have booked a travel lodge for the price I paid.

Not value for money. The shower not suitable for tall adults. The towels too small. No pillow protectors. The mattress and mattress protector stained. Basic continental breakfast tinned fruit low value bread not fresh croissants. I would not recommend this Hotel.

Our room was not big enough to swing a cat in. The bathroom/shower room was also small and very hot. Also the air conditioning didn`t work. Complained to receptionist and to be fair she offered us a penthouse suite. This was much roomier, the bathroom biget and air conditioning worked. The continental breakfast was very basic. And overall the decor looked very tired. Very disappointing.

Staff were lovely, our first lower ground floor room was adequate, the room they gave us for the second night was lovely. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been pleasant. Great location, nice people.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, However the staff seemed friendly but every thing was an effort, there was no real welcome and you felt you should not be there. There is a real lack of customer service.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff were really friendly, on reception and in the breakfast room. Only issue was the slightly smelly hand basin in the bathroom. But for a hotel near to every where it was great and we would visit again.

This hotel is in a great location near Hyde park and tube station, close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Also good continental breakfast.

It wad quite nice, a very friendly welcome on reception at all times, not so friendly staff serving at breakfast, we were herded a bit, although efficient, not welcoming!

The hotel was fine for the purpose of our visit. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were very surprised there was no kettle or tea making facilities in the room. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in reception charged £1 for a cup of machine made tea/coffee. The main problem we had was that the room was very cold. There had been no heating on in the room prior to our arrival, so it was cold, and when we went out, then returned at 11pm, as the electricity doesn`t work when your key isn`t in the switch, the plug in heater in our room (which we had switched on on arrival) had switched off. Consequently it took a long while for the room to heat to a comfortable level before we could go to sleep. The blow heaters in the air conditioning unit were next to useless. Breakfast in the morning was good, plenty of food available and attentive staff.

For location and price this was a good value hotel. Good choice of restaurants within short walk from hotel and hyde park on the doorstep.

Not the Ritz but very comfortable and ample for a nights stay after a long day in the city. Very clean and friendly. Staff cheerful and approachable. Would recomend it.

Very very average hotel located almost at the end of the central line. Had the room in the basement which was dull and old fashioned though I should point out clean and comfortable. Bathroom was the smallest Ive ever seen (i.e without to much details knees hit door when using the facilities....) shower weak and tiny too. Also as down in basement with a tiny courtyard outside the overhead gutter must be broken as the heavy rain the night we stayed sounded like a waterfall as it cascaded down onto bare concrete. Breakfast was ok (continental ot £8 for full english) though staff may have had difficulty with english as brought wrong order (but no complaints) and checkin/out process ok but otherwise I`m sorry I cant really recommend for anything bar a temporary one night stop-over.

the hotel was lovely and the staff were superb, as it was my birthday the hotel left me a beautiful box of chocolates in our room which was a really nice touch. Nothing was too much trouble for them, would highly recomend

The hotel room was fine with very comfortable beds. Reception staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was very basic with cheap food (not fresh bread/croissants), cheap Tesco ham. Coffee was instant. Orange juice was fine!

No working heating in the room, not enough room to swing a cat, could hardly walk round the bed. Hand towels only in the bathroom. Breakfast staff need to go on a customer service course, The residents had to endure poor quality what could only be described as "Happy Shopper" branded items while I observed the maintenance man, walking into the kitchen, patting the waitress on the back side and then tucking into a fry up !!!! Will not be staying again
