First time in a Z Hotel and have to say, although the rooms are small, they are clean and have everything you need for a short 1 or 2 night stay. Reception and check-in was seemless, Fabio was very helpful and also invited us to a FREE wine and cheese tasting between 5 and 8 p.m. Imagine that FREE in London!!! We enjoyed beautiful cheeses, wine, crackers chutney etc. all served by Martina, another member of the Z team who was polite, friendly and helpful. Only there for 1 night but wouldn`t hesitate in staying with Z again next time.

Hotel is in an excellent location and is very modern and clean. The staff are really friendly but the room size was ridiculously small. The first room we were offered didn`t have a window - fortunately they found us another one however it was quite challenging, especially the small double bed with walls on three sides of it - good job we are small people!

The room was clean and well equipped but was very small. The location was ideal as we were going to a show in a local theatre, but the price was high for such a small room.

our stay at the Zhotel in orange street london was not up to par on previous stays in london..this was our first time to this hotel and we were not happy..we were put in the basement were you had to walk through a garage area..the rooms had no wardrobes or drawers to put our clothes just hooks on wall to hang clothes.the rest we had to keep in the case..there was very very poor wifi and phone conections.tv was very poor as well..room was clean but no windows ..when you brought a drink there was a surcharge of 12% this is apparently an option but it is in very small print on the menu..so most people just pay without realising..i pointed all these points out before we left and was told if i booked next year i will get a free upgrade to a room with a view ..we have never really had any reason to moan on any previous trip with you...the only upside was great location

Although the room slightly smaller than anticipated the room was very clean and modern and very near the theatre as it was a birthday treat for my girlfriend we were both really pleased thank you

Compact, but clean and functional and in a perfect location for central London for a reasonable price. If you are looking for chaise longues, and a massive roll top bath you will be disappointed, but as a base for central London it was perfect and a good price.

A nice hotel. Inside rooms are very small, but comfortable. The best thing about Z is the location..... if you are seeing a show or just want a central location this is perfect. 100 meters from Leicester Square puts you right in the middle of London. I recommend Z and will return.

The hotel staff were excellent. The room was on the small side but very nice and perfect for an overnight stay. Location was great for theatre breaks and shopping. Will certainly book again for our next visit.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel brilliant right in centre of London only gripe is this is the smallest hotel room I have stayed in but it was worth it for location. Complimentary wine and cheese was great touch to relax at the end of a hectic day navigating around London.

Staff were delightful. Room was spotless. Very modern. Bed really comfortable. Big TV with all the Sky channels. Smack in the middle of theatre land. Complimentary cheese and wine was a lovely extra. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

This is perfect for a 1 night, the rooms are small, and the bathroom being in a glass box in the room means it is very cosy! The air con was noisy and with no windows, it was rather hot. Free cheese and wine 5-8pm at the bar downstairs was a nice bonus!

We have enjoyed three lovely nights at Z Hotel Piccadilly. The service was sensational and their generosity is something I`ve not experienced before. Every afternoon from 5pm they serve complimentary wine and nibblies! The location is also perfect for seeing shows and adventuring the sights! Definitely recommend Z Hotel Piccadilly.

Great hotel in the heart of London`s west end , rooms were small but there was a place for everything, I have stayed twice now and will most definitely return , the hotel serves free cheese and wine between 5 ,8 which is a lovely touch , staff are accommodating and Freindly Love this hotel , I would only stay with my partner as the showers are glass .

Very welcoming staff and a nice touch of a free wine and cheese upon arrival. Room was cozy, maybe a little small for some but it was all we needed. Loved the shower! I`d come back, it`s perfectly located with lots of places on the doorstep.

Very "kookie". Staff very friendly and wanting you to enjoy your experience - wine and cheese early evening. Rooms as small as some en suite bathrooms I`ve experienced! but the central London position swings it.

Small room but really comfortable, spotlessly clean everywhere, comfy bed and decent bathroom. Other nice touches were TV on the wall with all channels, excellent breakfast and city centre location and really helpful staff. Overall when the free cheese and wine are taken into consideration the accommodation is great value, would definitely stay again.
