Our stay here was great. The staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The location is great for the London Eye plus other local restaurants, the touring bus routes & tube for further destinations. The rooms were spacious, clean & modern complete with a shower cubicle & seperate bath. Would look forward to returning here with the family! Many thanks.

Great Hotel and Staff. Only bad thing was only one Chef was cooking the food fresh. Need two there full time to keep all the trays full. They were frequently empty as the Chef was busy cooking eggs and porridge.

Room was great. Breakfast not so great, service poor for breakfast

have had better breakfasts. scrambled eggs like wallpaper paste but could order freshly fried or poached. bacon looked microwaved staff very good all round had to request extra towel as not enough given daily. + only had face towels 1 day despite requesting food in bar excellent and not overpriced. good childrens menu te

Excellent all round

Makes a good base for visiting London, a lot of attractions within walking distance, close to the tube and rail make easy to visit .places like Hampton Court. The hotel as a good breakfast from a full English to cereal and fruit. nice rooms and great staff who are all helpful which makes it a nice place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel a very clean and friendly place to stay. Would certainly go back on another occasion if we go back to London in the future.

hope they sort the room allocation as they gave us a room that was already occupied

A superb well run Hotel, in a great location for central London. The staff could not do enough for us and made our stay a pleasure.

everything fine except for breakfast which was cold, hotplates obviously not able to cope with the amounts on show. very busy and we were seated quickly with that sort of turnover would expect the food to at least be warm! rooms clean and had everything we required, such a shame about the food

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! Not only did we get the superior room promised but we were upgraded to the penthouse suite with a balcony AND a superb view over the London Eye and Parliament. The room itself was lavish with superior quality fittings and toiletries. We dined in the Italian Restaurant in the evening and felt totally over indulged. Again, the breakfast was all and more than we could have hoped for. A excellent experience.

Great location ideal for Waterloo station and central attractions eg Big Ben, London eye. The room was lovely we had a view of Waterloo station but that didn`t affect us, the room was quiet on the 8th floor and perfect for what we needed which was a nice hotel for one nights stay whilst we looked round London and went to a show. Great hotel.

Lovely hotel and beautiful rooms. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Only negative comment is the cooked breakfast was cold, the dining area was very busy so couldn`t understand why this was the case, each 4 of us went at different times and all said the same thing.

The hotel was clean, tidy the staff were helpful and excellent service. Breakfast had everything covered I am a veggie and there still was plenty to eat, My only moan was the rooms were too hot (may suit some people) the air con was not great

Upgraded to a suite. Excellent value, clean and spacious room. Close to theatre and Covent Garden. Enjoyed a meal in Italian restaurant. Excellent weekend break and would stay there again.

Beds very comfortable extra pillows in the cupboard, iron and ironing board, hairdryer it ticked all the boxes. 1 complaint. The Dining room needs to be bigger queueing for breakfast and the bar drinks prices very steep.

We completely loved our stay. The food in the Italian Restaurant was delicious, as was the breakfast. The hotel was perfectly placed for all transport links, and our executive suite (on the 12th floor overlooking Waterloo station) had a great view of the city and it`s distinctive skyline. With 1 entire wall of window, and set high above the hustle and bustle of the city, we were able to relax and renew between days of sightseeing. Would definitely stay again. 12 out of 10 x

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel. We had a `superior` room which, although a little on the small side, was well-equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and all hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

We have never seen so many staff around in a hotel and they couldn`t do enough to help us.

Stayed in executive suite, walls are paper thin, could hear conversations and everything else clearly from adjoining rooms. Broken TV took 3 calls to get fixed and queued for half an hour for breakfast on Sunday morning. Expected so much better

Hotel was close to Waterloo Station and buses. Hotel was comfortable, room was a good size, except the view looking out to a brick wall was very disappointing. Breakfast buffet was really good, the only problem was having to queue for nearly 20 minutes to be seated, this should not happen in a 4* hotel. Overall was a pleasant stay, and would return.

The room was more like a small apartment, with bedroom, bathroom, living room and a kitchen area that had a sink, microwave, kettle, plates bowls, cutlery, kettle and even a teatowel and some washing up liquid.
