Ideally situated for easy access to most of the city, but especially to the Temple Bar area - close enough to walk but far enough away from the over-exuberance of the revellers. The hotel was attentively staff and a very pleasant staying experience. I would not hesitate to make my recommendation.

As it was our anniversary, I asked for flowers and an ice bucket to be delivered along with breakfast in bed.... all I was charged was ?5 for delivery of the breakfast... fantastic value... The only downside was that the bathroom could do with a little updating, tiles required some works but other than that clean, tidy and spacious rooms..

We`ve just come back from the Paramount two days ago after 3 nights and we were impressed. Staff were good and helpful when needed. Our room at the front of the hotel was a little noisy on Friday (easy solution - stay out late and enjoy the Guiness) but pretty warm (would benefit from air con). Breakfast was great and the bar downstairs a good bet for your first drink in Dublin. Check out Porterhouse across the road for great beer and great music on a Sunday night.

Our room was a bit too cramped but other than that it was lovely. Staff were very friendly and rooms were very clean.

Set in a very good location (right on the Temple Bar, next to the castle and a short walk from Grafton Street, Trinity College etc) with nicely decorated rooms and a good level of service from the various staff. It met my needs (weekend out with friends) but I wouldn`t recommend staying there if you`re planning being in bed before 1am-2am, as you won`t sleep at all due to the noise. The windows are essentially useless at blocking noise and the various trucks, car alarms, shop alarms and so on will keep you awake unless you`re appropriately sedated with Guinness. But very good for anyone out for a party weekend.

The accomodation was clean and comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated, the bathroom was really nice. It was perfect for what we needed for the weekend, however I wouldn`t necessarily stay for longer as there was noise from local bars at night. Another issue was the constant smell of cigarette smoke making its way into our room regardless of the door being shut. The service at breakfast was very good, the food was ok. Checking in and out was very quick and overall our stay was enjoyable, I would reccormend the hotel to stay in for a weekend break.

The hotel was ideally situated to suit my needs and the purpose of my visit. It was clean and tidy and the reception staff were particularly helpful at all times. I would certainly consider the hotel again should I return to Dublin.

Room did not have a base valance on, plain white sheets nothing to match it to the decor of the room. Staff all foreign therefore they found it difficult to understand my concerns. Restraunt/breakfast was very good. I have seen another room in this hotel and also the photos on the interenet and the room was very dissapointing and my expectations had been set at a higher level.

very noisy on a morning barrels getting rolled woke me up early, but apart from that it was good. reception staff very nice, breakfast staff slow and not helpful, bar staff varied from good to bad.

hotel was in an excellent location, staff very helpful and service prompt. excellent tv receptionin room. size of room was a little dissapointing as well as no bath in en suite. bathroom was well equiped, loved the slate and a good quality shower. Would visit again.

The hotel was in a great location. Room was very clean and the staff extremely helpful. I did have one complaint that I made to the staff about the room being far too warm (the toilet heater was continually on). They said they would send someone up to sort this out but that never happened. It made sleeping in the room quite an uncomfortable experience. Other than this I would recommend the hotel.
