in general we found the hotel and staff pleasant, location was good for shopping and a short walk to the beach front and train/bus station for dudlin city

Often very noisey at night very busy with a lot of family deals, very narrow stairs to bedrooms would not suit elderly clients. Front of hotel on side of street and needs a face lift!

The mattress was ancient and sagged terribley in the middle.The noise from the traffic on the street outside was bad.We stayed 3 nights and the carpet wasn,t hoovered once.Staff were friendly enough.

I found the hotel was off a very poor and un clean standard, the room I stayed in didn`t have clean water , pillows or bedding . The toilet didn`t flush and the corridor smelt of cider . The staff at reception where good but as a hole the hotel wad under staffed and very dirty , I go to ireland four/five times a year and have done for the last 10 years but this hotel I will deffiently not return or recommend it`s far from a three star ...

Good sized room - 104 - but the outlook to an enclosed courtyard was disappointing and although it was a non-smoking room I thought there were traces of tobacco smoke there.

Could have had more tea bags and coffee sachets in the room and maybe some buscuits, but overall good, anything we asked/for needed was provided for.

The limescale on the bathroom taps was so bad that neither my partner or myself would use the shower. The dust was thick on the tv and there was stains on the pillows. We were woken up the following morning by the holes in the curtains either cigarette burns or moth holes i couldnt tell. The swimming pool and center was lovely and this part of the hotel was a pleasure to be in. The staff were very friendly but we could not get out of that room quick enough. This was supposed to be a treat as i have a 13mth old baby and we organised a babysitter and all to get a break away which didnt turn out the way we planned as a result of the room we were put in.

Clean and spacious rooms,management and staff very helpful.Very good leisure facilities,large well equipped gym and good spa facilities.Will be going back next time in Ireland.

The facilities where really good. The leisure centre was great to use but note there wher no locks on the lockers so don,t take any valuables down with you. The food was excellent. The bar and lounge area where very comfortable and the surroundings very pleasant. The staff where all very friendly and helpful. The room was ok but there was lots of traffic noise although this did die down at night. The decor was a bit tired and could do with updating but everything was clean. For a short break the hotel was fine and I would consider using it again

slightly disappointed - room clean but dated along with awful view of fiat roof outside. spa facilities seemed more up-to-date than hotel itself but taking into consideration the price paid for the time we were there it was ok. need to deal with awful smell un corridor.

breakfast choice very bland,wife veggie only toast and egg as hot choice ,i overdosed on bacon and sausage,how about fish,fresh fruit,hash browns,mushrooms,hot chocolate for children,chocolate spread,
