I would like to commend all your staff, in particular the young lady in reception on our arrival Thursday 1st October and subsequent evenings, she really went that extra mile to ensure we had a good time and help with our bookings, apologies for not noting name but one very special lady. Thank you

I stayed in Oct 09 with a group of friends. the hotel is basic but ok. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was sufficient. But it was perfect for our needs...which was to have somewhere close, cheap, convenient and clean nearby. The staff are very helpfull and the bar downstairs is great...that was our meeting point every day. Ok the walls are thin and you can hear everything but I think I had had enough of a skinfull of Guiness to put me to sleep straight away. However if you`re not going there to just drink the days away do not be put off by my review as there were many elderly guests who seemed perfectly happy!

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was newly decorated,clean and quiet although towels were very small! Would recommend this hotel for location and comfort!

Me and my friend go every yeard and we have always book with hotel direct. This hotel was the best it had all you needed. There was entertainment which lasted into the wee small hours, food great just everything abount the weekend was fab.xxxxx

There was issues with the toilet flushing or lack of.

Very happy with our stay and will use this hotel everytime we visit Dublin.

pillows and bed were very uncomfortable,cant have a good day after a bad nites sleep. other than that was very nice.

The twin room was cramped and would only recommend a max of 4 nights with the small amount of space. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped with anything we needed. Lovely stay just shame we could not have a bit more space.

The room was clean and comfortable and had just been newly decorated. No problems at all. I would recommend a stay there. The band was excellent and the dancers superb !!! Very good location at the top end of Temple Bar.

The reception was welcoming and helpful... The room was clean altho smelled of smoke - this may well be that cqrpets etc still had the smell from previous use. Appreciated not having to leave until 12 mid day, considered breakfast quite expensive for residents.

The rooms are good size, clean, and a great price. The nightly entertainment is unparalleled!

Generally the hotel was quite good. Reception area could look better. TV in room only had a few channels and the ones that did work the reception was very bad. Also the main hairdryer did not work but there was a spare.

I spent the weekend at the arlington recepsion staff helpful and friendly room was cosy and clean. The breakfast excellent with lots of variety and i was not hungry and i have a big appertite. my only little fault was window lock needs looking at and i did report this plus te phone in the bedroom was not working so i could not receive a call, but this would not stop me staying there again and i recommend this very central hotel. keep up the good work till next year

The budget rooms are quite small, even for one person, so for two would be very cramped. Overall a good hotel though. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

Dealing of staff and overall environment was very good, but the taxi which they arranged for my departure to airport, charged me more than they should have, or at least what I was told by the hotel staff who booked it for me. we need to sort out this issue in future.

Great Hotel.The night time entertainment was excellent with the music and irish dancing.Food was top class/staff very friendly. Will definately stay again in hotel. One thing which could be looked at is that the bar food stops at 6.00 every night which meant we had to go to another bar one night to get pub grub.
