The hotels 59 guest rooms are fully air conditioned and contain a direct dial telephone, satellite television and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi is available in the common areas of the hotel (pay for). Snacks can be purchased for the hotel café which also offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

With a building dating back to 1886 the 3 star Hotel Suizo is a charming property in the city centre. Situated in the popular Gothic quarter of Barcelona and just 5 minutes` walk from Las Ramblas this is the perfect base from which to explore the city. The nearest metro station, Jaume I, is just a 1 minute walk away from the hotel and gives you easy access to all of the outlying areas of Barcelona. Other must see sites include Barcelona Zoo (20 minute walk away), Barcelona Cathedral (5 minutes walk away) and, of course, the beach (20 minutes walk away).

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From El Prat Airport. The train leaves approximately every 30 minutes from the airport. Get off at Passeig de Gràcia and, from there, take the metro to Jaume I (L4 - yellow line) which is in front of the hotel.
BY TAXI: From El Prat Airport is located 9 miles from Hotel Suizo. The average duration of the trip is of 30 minutes however this is dependent on traffic.

City Tax: From 1st November 2012 the authorities in Barcelona will levy a tourist tax of 0.65 Euro per person per day (maximum 7 day charge) which is payable at the hotel on arrival and not included in the above room rate.
