The 3 star Rialto Barcelona has 207 rooms with a simple yet functional design. All of the rooms include air conditioning, flat screen television, hair dryer and en-suite bathrooms. The hotel onsite restaurant serves a variety of dishes during the evening while the cafeteria serves light snacks throughout the day. Wi-Fi is available throughout the reception and lounge area for which there is a small charge.

The Rialto Barcelona is a traditional 3 star hotel in central Barcelona in the popular Gothic Quarter. The popular destination of Las Ramblas famous for it bars and restaurants is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the nearest metro station, Jaume I, is just 4 minutes away. Other great sites such as the Sagrada Familia and the Gaudi Gardens are just a short metro ride away. The hotel is also the birth place of famous Catalan artist Joan Miro.

Getting there:

FROM THE AIRPORT BY TAXI: El Prat Airport is located 9 miles from the hotel. The average duration of the trip is of 20 minutes. BY BUS: Leaves the airport terminals every 15 minutes. It is quick and comfortable, with space for the luggage. You have to get off at Plaça Catalunya and take the Metro (L3- green line) only one stop to Liceu. BY TRAIN : Leaves the airport every 30 minutes. You will then have to get off at Passeig de Gràcia and then take the Metro (L3-green line) two stops to Liceu.

City Tax: From 1st November 2012 the authorities in Barcelona will levy a tourist tax of 1.10 Euro per person per day (maximum 7 day charge) which is payable at the hotel on arrival and not included in the above room rate.
