All 90 rooms in the Kings Hotel have contemporary decor and ensuite bathrooms, some also have sea views. In-room amenities include, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but breakfast is served every morning and guests can enjoy a drink in the hotel`s seafront bar before heading out for the evening. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the local area and hotel staff are happy to make recommendations.

Hotel and location:

The 3* Kings Hotel is located on Brighton`s famous sea front and is ideally located to enjoy the various attractions this seaside resort has to offer. The famous Lanes, a wealth of small streets filled with cusrious indepent shops is a 15 minute` walk from the hotel. Visitors can wander along the Promenade where there are a huge number of restaurants, cafes and bars within a few minutes` walk the hotel is in a great position for guests to enjoy this vibrant exciting city sometimes called London by the sea.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: South Central Trains, Thames Link and Virgin Trains operate regular services to Brighton, on arrival at Brighton Station taxis are available to take guests to the hotel, the travel time is approximately 3-5 minutes and cost approximately £3.50 for a single journey.
BY CAR: From the M25 take the M23/A23 to Brighton, follow the signs for the seafront, upon reaching the Brighton Pier roundabout take the third exit and drive west with the sea on the left hand side this is the Kings road, pass the West Pier and the hotel will be on your right.

Car Parking:

Limited parking is available on a first come first served basis and is charged at £25 per night. Please note that vans are not permitted in the car park. Should the car park be full the hotel recommend that guests park at the NCP car park located 100m away in Regency Square.
