The 3* Mill Hotel is situated on the river bank in the village of Sudbury in Suffolk. This historic mill building retains many of its original features including the original mill wheel, which has been incorporated into the restaurant and bar. Art lovers can also visit Gainsborough`s House which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and contains the largest collection of work by the artist in the UK. 18 minutes drive from the hotel is the historic town of Lavenham which is considered one of the finest examples of a Medieval English town and has over 300 buildings of architectural and historical interest. The university city of Cambridge is also approximately 1 hours drive from the hotel for those wishing to venture further a field.
