Getting there:

BY TRAIN: Exit Middlesbrough Railway Station on Zetland Road towards Exchange Place. Turn right onto Albert Road and continue for 0.3 miles, the hotel is on the right.
BY CAR: Heading south-west on the A1(M) exit at junction 60 towards A689. After 0.3 miles at the Bradbury Interchange, take the 1st exit onto A689 and continue for 1.9 miles. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on A689, after 1.9 miles at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Stockton Rd/A689. Continue straight onto A689 and after 3.9 miles at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Hartlepool Rd/A689. After 1 mile at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Coal Ln/A689 and after a further 0.5 miles take the 2nd exit to stay on Coal Ln/A689. At Wolviston Interchange, take the 3rd exit onto the A19 slip road to Stockton/A66/Darlington/Middlesbrough/Durham Tees Vly Arpt, after 0.4 miles merge onto A19. Continue for 5 miles and then merge onto A66 vis the slip road to Middlesbrough. After a further 2.2 miles take the exit towards M`bro Centre (N&E)/Civic Centre/Teesside Univ. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and at the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Wilson St. Turn right onto Corporation Road and after 0.2 miles turn left onto Albert Rd and the hotel will be on the right.
