All of the 83 rooms at the Citrus Hotel Cardiff have been designed in a minimalist style, but with thoughtfully arranged furniture and fittings making them spacious and bright. The hotel`s public areas are brightly decorated in a contemporary style and although the hotel does not have its own restaurant the Lobby Bar serves light snacks and drinks. Within walking distance of the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from for lunch and dinner. Continental Breakfast is served every day in the hotel`s cheerfully decorated Breakfast Room.

The Citrus Hotel Cardiff is in the centre of the city and within walking distance of Cardiff`s major landmarks and shopping areas. Ideal for business or leisure travellers the hotel is just 9 minutes walk from Cardiff Central Station. The hotel is opposite the Motor Point Arena so it is the perfect place to stay for guests attending an exhibition or live performance. The medieval Cardiff Castle is just 13 minutes walk from the hotel and 11 minutes Principality Stadium home to Welsh rugby and other sporting events. The city is also an excellent shopping destination combining high street names with unique independent stores and cafes inside the glass-roofed arcades.

Getting there:

From the M4 junction 33 take the A4232 exit to Airport/Penarth/Barry/Cardiff West. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto A4232 Heading to Cardiff West/Barry/Airport/Penarth. Continue on this road for approximately 9.8 miles. At Queens Gate Roundabout take the 1st exit onto A4234 heading to M4E/City Centre/Country Hall/Atlantic Wharf/. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Central Link/A4234. After 0.9 miles turn left onto Adam Street/A4160 follow this road for approximately 0.2 miles and the hotel will be on the left.
BY RAIL: From Cardiff Central Train station walk north east and turn towards Saunders Road, continue onto Saunders Road before making a slight left onto Penarth Road and then continue onto Mill Lane. Take a slight right onto Canal Street and then turn right onto Hayes Bridge. Make a slight left to stay on Hayes Bridge Road and then turn right onto Bute Terrace. Make a sharp left to stay on Bute Terrace and the hotel will be on your right.
