Room and hotel facilities:

All of the 112 rooms at the 3* Holiday Inn Express Leeds City Centre are fully air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms with power shower. Hotel and location:

The 3* Holiday Inn Express Leeds City Centre offers easy access to the city center as well as 2 of the main University Campuses. Leeds Railway station is just a 6 minute drive away from the hotel, or a 20 minute walk. From here guests can enjoy everything the city has to offer including shops, restaurants and bars. As well as the First Direct Arena or O2 Academy Leeds for music and entertainment events, Leeds Grand Theatre and Leeds Playhouse are within easy reach of the hotel. Leeds Becket University Campus is also close by, with the University of Leeds Campus around a 15 minute walk away from Express Leeds City Centre.

Getting there:

BY CAR: From the South (London) and East (Hull). Arriving into Leeds on the M1. After J42 the motorway splits into M1 and M621. Take M621 (Leeds Centre) and exit J2. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit (A643) which is signposted Wetherby, Harrogate and York. At the next roundabout, take third exit signposted A58M, go past the Harley Davidson showroom and drop down to the left. Turn left onto A65 past TGI Fridays. After Benfield Ford and the pedestrian crossing turn right into Cavendish Street and the car park is at the back of the hotel.
Travelling from the West (Manchester), leave the M62 at Junction 27 and take the M621 towards Leeds Centre. Exit at J2 and take the 1st exit onto the A643. Follow directions as above.
From the North (Newcastle). Travel down the A1 and leave on the A64 heading towards Leeds Centre. The A64 becomes the A64(M) and then merges into the A58 (Inner Ring Road). After the underpass take the second left hand slip road. Turn right under the flyover following signs for the A65 past TGI Fridays. After Benfield Ford turn right after the pedestrian crossing into Cavendish Street and follow the road round to the hotel entrance.

BY TRAIN: From Leeds Central Station. Exit the station and walk north-east on Aire Street towards Wellington Street, take a sharp left onto this road. Take a slight right then continue onto West Street, turning right onto Abbey Street. Finally turn left onto Cavendish Street and the hotel will be on the left. This is approx. a 20 minute walk, alternatively local taxis and busses are available with a journey time of approximately 10 to 15 minutes respectively.
