Getting there:

BY CAR: From London. Follow the M23/A23 to Brighton seafront. At the roundabout opposite the Brighton Pier take the 3rd exit (seafront heading towards Hove). The Queens Hotel is approx. 500m along the seafront (building is where the Pitcher & Piano bar is located).
From Brighton Train Station: Leave the station and walk down to the seafront then turn left towards Brighton Pier. Walk is approx 15mins or a taxi from the station will cost approx £7.
