The Brook Red Lion hotel was built in 1465 and retains the original Tudor features and atmosphere. All the hotels 24 bedrooms are comfortable and styled to reflect the history of the building. Getting there:

BY ROAD: Leave the M25 at J28. Take the A12 signposted to East Anglia. Follow signs to Colchester (approx 40 miles). Take Colchester Central turn (A133) to roundabout. Take the second exit onto Ipswich road. Follow Ipswich road, And go straight over the 3 roundabouts situated on Ipswich road. When you get to the fourth roundabout on Ipwsich road turn right and continue on East Street. Go straight over the roundabout and the set of traffic lights and head up East Hill. When you get to the top of the hill turn left at the traffic lights. Drive along Queen Street until you get to the fourth set of traffic lights, turn right and you will see the NCP car park on your left.

Car Parking:

No onsite parking. There is an NCP Car Park in Osborne Street approximately 3 minutes drive from the hotel. Parking is charged at £4.50 for 24 hours.
