Very convenient central location; rooms comfortable and staff friendly and welcoming. A bit noisy, due to in-house functions, but the noise stopped at 1 am as staff had advised it would.

Ideal location in the centre, close to all bus, tram and train links. Really nice clean room and bathroom, didn`t wait long for breakfast and we always got extra toast we will stay here again

The staff were very friendly, and helpfull, the room was very comfortable and warm,(if a bit on the small side,)lovely hot water in the shower. very good breakfast. we would definitely return to this hotel, and would recommend it.

"Brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff and excellent food."
We really enjoyed our stay but were a little disappointed with the room. No drawers, no plug sockets, poor lighting, no full length mirror. We weren`t in the room long enough for it to be a problem and had we told reception about the issues, we were confident they would have moved us to a better room.

Room smaller than expected as bigger ones pictured on website but had a fantastic toe whilst in Dublin for U2. Really friendly staff very helpful would definatley recommend and will be back wouldn`t book any where else in Dublin. Excellent location and food too!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent location right in the heart of O`Connell Street. Breakfast was great and we had a super night in the hotel bar. What more could one ask for.

Hotel is in good condition and the starf are VERY help full. (England could learn a thing or two) we will be back.
