This was my 3rd trip to London and my partner`s first. This was the first time we`ve stayed at a London hotel and I must say the staff were attentive and endeavored to accommodate our needs. We shall definitely choose to stay with them again.

Would stay here again. Central for most attractions. Great value for money.

The hotel is newly refurbished and the rooms were very nice. The bathroom was gorgeous! Great service from the staff, thoroughly enjoyed being there.

Excellent accommodation with helpful and attentive staff and all round first class service and facilities.

Pillows very uncomfortable this time.

hotel were very receptive to our request for a room overlooking Lords CC Ground and put us in a newly refurbished room - very pleased.

Hotel let down by restaurant which was poor

The room was dark and opressive despite it stating it was newly decorated, it was clean. Didnt feel like a 4 star room and the facilities within the room ie refreshmentswere poor, Have had a better standard in a travel lodge. Staff very friendly and helpful

Only glitch was having equipped the room with only a fraction of a toilet roll; rapidly remedied when we contacted the concierge

Overpriced and did not include breakfast. Room was noisy did not get much sleep as the room was situated opposite the lift (room 1103). Would stay at hotel again but a different room would be preferable.

Just a 5 min walk from nearest tube St Johns Wood, if you like cricket its next to Lords and by Regents Park and London Zoo. We only stayed the one night but were upgraded to an executive suite for some reason. Very good size double bed! Looks average from outside but very nice inside.

Lovely room, we turned up early to check in and didn`t have to wait. Reception staff very helpful and efficient. Bar area very relaxing but when we went up to the bar I asked for a large glass of the house white wine and was told they didn`t have a house wine just Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc the way it was said implied they were the same price,this was not the case Pinot was £7 a glass, compared with the Sauvignon at £5. When I questioned this I was told that the prices were on all the tables, we didn`t sit at a table we sat at the bar and they were not on display there. Apart from that (will take our own wine next time) the hotel was great, we would be happy to stay there again.

Location not the best and bar prices too high but, generally, a hotel I would stay in again.

I arrived early but I was able to check in about 1pm this really made a difference to our stay as it meant that we could go straight out until late without having to get back to check in, staff were very attentive and pleasant both reception and service. The room was a great size and I was really impressed by the attention to detail. I would definately stay there again. An Excellent hotel.

Larger than expected room. Comfortable and very clean. Helpful staff

Good overall. Like most hotels could do with upgrade to mattresses with memory foam- much more comfortable and les "bouncy " than sprung mattresses. Parking at £24 per night WAY too expensive for my tastes! Didnt have chance to eat in hotel so cant make comment.

If travelling in and out of central London, the distance to the tube may be too much for some people,especially in poor weather.

Excellent service

Now it is one of my favorite Hotels throughout the world. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All were professional, proficient and helpful in every way.Room was perfect. Traffic noise was non existent - double glazing or soundproofing? Restaurant was great, with excellent menu choices and terrific service.Bar and Restaurant prices were a pleasant surprise. Priced right.

Comfortable rooms furnished and decorated to a high standard. Staff helpful and well organised. Very good location for North London Stations.
