The Hotel was in a fantastic location,very clean but the room was a little on the small size.It was executive but small.There was no bath either which we were not aware of.It was very quite which was great bearing in mind the central location.Breakfast was good the only comment was the staff in the dining room did not speak or understand english very well,so problems there with ordering.would definetly recommend and stay again.

Only one issue - the pillows in the bed were not comfortable (rock hard), so my wife had trouble sleeping. Otherwise, all was good.

Noisey people in ajacent room till 0300hrs.....Maybe a member of staff could walk through the Hotel in the early hours...

Exccellent location and a brilliant post Christmas deal. I was extremely impressed with the staff who really were professional, helpful, friendly and genuinely seemed to like eachother and their work. When I lost my mobile phone, they were brilliant and thanks, too, to the kind person that handed it in. Cleanliness was first rate and all the staff I encountered were first class. Our room on the sixth floor felt as if we were the first people to stay in it.

Very central & convenient location, but surprisingly quiet. Looks good inside. Room is of a good standard with an airy feel - lots of windows ( no view though).Bathroom clean & well equipped. No minibar. Value for money.

Great central location. The room had been recently refurbished to a high contemporary standard, although the room was small for a double - no space for a bed side table which meant glasses of water and cups of coffee perched on the floor. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

Have stayed in London on several occasions but never found one where the staff are so friendly, polite & helpful. Rooms spacious & clean. Bar, dining room & food fabulous. Superb location just by trafalgar sq yet so quiet. Will definitely be staying again & recommending to friends.

Hotel was undergoing a revamp but it wasn`t really a problem, I`m sure it will be great when finished.The staff were lovely, very accomodating and friendly, would definitely go again.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and gave good customer service throughout our stay. However - there was one problem - I booked a twin room. On arrival the room was ready early (great) but had been made up for a double. I reported this twice, was promised it would be changed . . . but it wasn`t. At half past midnight we gave in and shared the double bed.

Wow this has been fantastic, on arrival the hotel upgraded the room. Staff are so attentive and cannot do enough for you. Reception will give you discount for breakfast and I do not think you can do better, sets you up for the day. Location for this hotel is great, Comedy Store next street down, all shows in neighbouring streets all walking distance, Oxford St and Regent St a short walk, China Town at the end of the road. Definately stay here again, cannot fault it!

friendly helpful staff spotlessly clean room

I booked a twin room but when we got to the room it had a double bed. However, when we pointed this out someone was immediately sent to separate the beds - thank you for this. The staff were wonderfully polite and helpful. It would have been nice to have a cup and saucer with breakfast. When we asked for a tea and coffee at breakfast we expected it to be served in pots instead of thick mugs. (Cups and saucers would be preferable.) The next morning we asked for pots of tea and coffee and that was much better. We will definitely use this hotel again. It was so central and we were very comfortable there. Thank you to all the staff! x

The member of staff managing the luggage store was particularly helpful (Laszlo). The only tiny negatives to our stay were: 1) I had a ball gown which was too long for the wardrobe and 2)the lavatory paper was not soft! But that apart we had a wonderful stay and would use the hotel again if in London and recommend to others. Many thanks to all.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location very central for all the sights and entertainment. We were allocated one of the newly refurbished rooms on the fourth floor and the rooom was one of the best I have stayed in. The room itself was a great size and the bed was huge. The only negative was the noise from the refurbishment work at 5pm on Saturday, however our complaint was handled exceptionally well by the duty manager.One thing that was very noticeable was the friendliness of the staff and the customer service which was probably the best we have received in London.All in all a very good hotel and we will definitely be returning to in the future.

the room was clean, modern and could have been very recently refurbished. In fact the whole hotel had the same feeling about it. It was a delight, far better than I expected, having stayed in many London hotels around the West End, The food was very good and portions more than sufficient.My only negative was that beer prices were quite inflated. That said this is surelly one of the best.small hotels in London, a gem.

Brilliant location. Very spacious room but bathroom a little on the small side. Would have been nice to have been told before hand that there was refurbishment work going on, so was noisy at times and could have been an issue if travelling with young cildren.
