Been to the hotel before. Absolutely fabulous. So close to te real Paris. Go and enjoy. XXX

Reported a plug socket hanging off the wall in room 9042 - 4 times and still no repairs carried out throughout the stay at the hotel- this was a dangerous fixing but the hotel failed to respond. On check out when told for the 5th time they simply said "sorry" - this was unacceptable

Welcoming and helpful reception; they gave us our room at 10:30am. The breakfasts were of reasonable quality and there was a wide chioice of dishes. The room was clean enough and the bed comfortable, however, the bathroom wasn`t so good. The towels were thin and not very large, no robes or slippers and the toiletries (only shower gel and shampoo) were of an industrial composition - maybe they`d been splashed around at some point, hence the peeling wallpaper and ceiling paint! One afternoon we had a late lunch/tea for two, half a pot of lukewarm water and one teabag was 13 euros. My salmon snack was OK but my husband`s club sandwich was disgusting, it was if they had scraped aroung the kitched and shoved in anything that was to hand it was thin, dry and inedible. Total bill 47 euros. Don`t go there.

the hotel was undergoing refurbishment and the work was extremely noisy. we had no warning of this. My girlfriend and i were upgraded to a deluxe room which was quieter but only after much time consuming negotiation.

Had to ask for new towels after last lot were removed during cleaning and not replaced. Breakfast was Ok. Fast checkout was convenient.
