very welcoming staff on reception, lovely room with london eye view, clean, great hotel.

We stayed overnight with our 3 year old and he can`t wait to go back. We were able to use a room to rest in while our upgraded room was being prepared (thanks to one of the helpful staff) and he loved spending his play money in the bar (to buy chocolate of course). The room was quite a bit smaller than it appeared on the internet however it was just what we needed so it wasn`t an issue for us. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel clean and tidy.Bed comfy!! Staff very helpful . Location ideal to travel around London-easy transport links. Suited our leisure weekend perfectly. Will return and recommend to family/ friends.

Lovely hotel

Surprisingly quiet given its central location. Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room with all the facilities one would expect. Lovely cool bedroom (in the temperature sense!).

Fantastic one night stay in studio room. Very clean room staff were very helpful although i found 1 lady a little disrespectful at check in. I got ignored on 2 occasions and overlooked in the queue, I was obviously next but she continued to speak to the people behind me giving me no acknowledgment until there no one but myself left in the queue. I must admit i do look a little young for my age but I am 27 and personally i feel should not have been treated any different to anyone else and found this very rude and unprofessional. However previous to my stay i had a number of conversations with a lovely lady called agnes who was very helpful and a totally different character to the one i was faced with on arrival. Overall we didn`t let this spoil our time away and had a great time with a lovely breakfast.

Room was very clean and modern I was very happy with it the staff are friendly and it is a great base to get about the city from I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We found ourselves walking around and around for good half hour trying to locate the hotel, as there were several hotels with similar name in same area . This was the only negative though!

what a warm and friendly hotel with all staff more than helpful. We had a studio room with double bed and double sofa bed, sutable for a family of four. There was a microwave and small fridge as well as electric kettle and we made our own breakfast and snacks and did not eat in the restaurant so can not comment on the quality of the food.We were on the 9th floor with a large window overlooking the London skyline and Waterloo station - the coming and going of the trains a source of interest for us all, but absolutely no noise as the double (triple?) glazing was amazingly effective. Even helicopters overhead could be seen but not heard.This is a great location close to Westminster so there is plenty to do without needing transport.

Hotel was great but a few minor issues, internally quite noisy throughout the night, cleaners sounded as if they started very early (before 9) bed was beside the door - but having said all that I would definitely use again - great location and friendly staff

Fantastic location and brilliant service - I rang to organise some chocolates and champagne on our arrival and the staff were very helpful, they even upgraded the room to have a view of the millennium eye which was a very nice touch and much appreciated by myself and my girlfriend.

Very good, modern room. Views from the windows were mixed. on the down side an alley with rubbish bags was visible through one and a building site the other, however on the up side there was a good close vie of the London Eye. The only real complaint about the hotel was £18 for 2 drinks at the bar. Ouch!

If the hotel charged reasonable rates for food and drinks more people would eat and drink there.

we stayed for one night in a studio room. Very clean and modern. Just one complaint, only minor but no plug in sink for kitchen area and bathroom sink plug not tight so kept draining. Otherwise very good, friendly staff, highly recommended.

Good sized and clean room. The restaurant was amazing. The girls on reception were very helpful. Great location - would definitely stay here again.

Great location, efficient service, clean rooms, good housekeeping, but water pipes a bit noisy!. Didn`t use the restaurant, as we had a self-catering suite, but they need to provide a teapot and tea towels. Check-in and out hasle-free, and being so close to the West End and all transport links, ideal for tourists. Would definitely use it again, and recommend to others.

Family holiday, 8 days, 2 adults & 2 children aged 10 and 11. Studio room, View of Eye, 2 TVs (big +), Microwave, Kettle, Fridge, Crockery, Sink, Double Bed and Sofa Bed with Bathroom between, Large Shower, Very Good Maids. Only issue was Lifts were always full, and no Tea Towel was provided for washing up. Would stay there again without hesitation.

the park plaza county hotel was a very clean and stylish/modern hotel. it was a special occasion a 30th and wedding anniversary the hotel had put in a complimentary bottle of wine in the room which had stunning veiws over london.the staff were always friendly and helpful.i would stay at this hotel again.

very helpful staff ,let us borrow a trolley,no charge ,breakfast 10£ per adult both children free extremely good value.
