Rooms were clean and adequate but i did find it very cold. Surprising quite at night, thank you.Breakfast was alright but more choice would have been nice for the price, may be some fruit, cheese and ham.However the bathroom was awful, no room to move and the shower was totally inadequate, in addition the hairdryer was feeble. I have long thick hair and it looked a mess for my whole holidays which made me feel rough.

I was quite impressed with this hotel. Although fairly basic, it was very clean and well run, was in a perfect location near the train station and had very helpful staff who spoke good English.

two couples stayed at same hotel. rooms of different quality for same amount of money. slight smell of drains in the bathrooms. staff very helpful. good central location

For just the weekend away, this hotel was ideal. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very adequate. Don`t know why so many people have complained about it. Also we felt very safe in the surrounding area. This hotel is well recommended.

Staff at Reception and in the Breakfast Room were excellent.Direction provided online viz - Turn right onto Via Giovanni Gilotti and take the fifth right which is Via Rattazzi, after the first crossroads this is Piazza Manfredo Fanti where you will see the hotel. - appear to be incorrect. We think it should read `turn left onto Via Giovanni Gilotti` no right.

A nice hotel that fitted our requirements. Would happily stay there again.
