Laura, staff member at reception was extremely helpful and professional. Only issue breakfast was a bit pricey at 8 euro each but I would use again.

Lifts not working (had to walk up four floors). No secure parking. Car broken into, driver door damaged.

Your description of the hotel was misinformed as the hotel did not have a restaurant and the walk to the metro was more than 5 minutes from the hotel. Overall we did enjoy our stay but didn`t class the hotel as 5 star.

"Good Service, Bad Location"
Staff very friendly, room lovely and clean and breakfast lovely. Hotel too far from city centre, public transport dirty, hot and crowded, very easy to get lost, nothing much in the area. Such as shame about the location as the hotel was fine.

We found the hotel itself excellent, room smaller than expected but comfortable & clean, very good breakfast, staff very friendly, helpful and efficient, only very slight criticism is location - a five minute walk from the metro followed by a short train journey to the centre of Rome.
