This hotel looks average from outside, and the rooms are clean but not spectacular. What makes this hotel great are the people - extremely helpful and generous - from giving us milk, wine glasses, cooler for wine, good water to fill our bottles to extra internet time they have the hospitality thing down completely. The reception area and breakfast area are in excellent condition, with very cool music coming out of a Bang and Olufsen stereo - definitely recommend this hotel for people wanting a cheap option done well.

We arrived at around half 11 at night and the night man was very helpful as we had to print off our airline tickets and he let us use his computer as there was no working printer on the other one. we were a bit gutted that we arrived this late as we didnt get chance to use the spa facilities and had to get up really early! the breakfast also was very good!

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was a little further from the vatican area than we expected but the bus service was good and there are a couple of good restaurants closeby. Some of the rooms need refurbishing,

"Convienient at the right price for visiting Rome centre"
We thought the Raganelli was basic, dated and in need of internal renovation bringing it into the 21st Century. However it was comfortable and clean for a for a few days stopover to visit Rome. Recepion staf f were very helpful and knowledgable. Regards....................Roger Olivant

What was lacking in the decoration of the hotel was made up by the excellent manor and attitude of the staff.It was our 33 years of marriage trip to Rome, to find a bottle of bubby in our room on the exact day was a really nice touch.Well done.

STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE.HOTEL VERY CLEAN AND WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE VATICAN.
