Excellent location. Such a tranquil garden. All staff very friendly and helpful.

the hotel was easy to find as we walked down the Ramble and allowed us to walk to the places of interest such as the cathedral and the waterside.

Nothing was unsatisfactory, there was just an overall impression that it is a three star hotel that has just managed to acheive four stars and is trying hard to keep them. It is clear that they are aware of the areas to be improved (technical things such as non-functioning safes, door lock keys constantly needing re-programming, water tepid not hot, bar facility) to bring them up to the high standards of other areas (eg very substantial breakfasts, overall cleanliness, hi-tech facilities throughout).

A very large white stylish room with modern decor; a good bathroom and great shower . The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Style quite minimalist but didn`t like the rather dark black corridors.A lovely large garden and very central location. The breakfast was o.k but tea and coffee out of a machine which wasn`t good.I would recommend it and may go back.

Could do with more space in the dining area and balconies need a sweep.

Only downside we had a family room which had bunk beds the top bunk being too high for our 7 year old with no side rail.

Situated in an ideal location so close to Las Ramblas and really in the heart of shops, eating and drinking. Very easy to get the tour buses or walk to the seafront. The hotel is really lovely and I don`t think you can beat the staff. Breakfast had a good choice.

A superb location just 10 meters off La Ramblas. The rooms are spotless and well decorated with ample room. A lovely walk in shower but no bath. Can`t comment on any of the other facilities as we did not use them. By the way they have free internet available in the bar area.

Our party had 4 bright, welcoming rooms, not large, but each well appointed. The beds could have been more comfortable. The breakfast was very pleasing, with a good choice of fresh fruit, cereal, breads, cheese and meats. The staff gave adequate service - competent but not always welcoming.

They did not have our rooms available on arrival and wanted us to go into a room for 6 people - There were 5 adults. When we looked at the room it was tiny and no way would accommodate 5 people. The rooms we were finally given were rather small and had no mirrors apart from one in the bathroom

Petit Palace is a lovely place to stay. Only downside would be that there is no bar/lounge area to sit and relax with a drink. Child Friendly. Would recommend it to families. Right in centre of La Ramblas.
